Hi! This story is about me, someone that doesn't exist. My name is Lily, I'm a socially awkward introvert. First day at high school, don't have anyone I know that goes here too... *mentally screaming* :)
Time skip: 1 month later.
H-how? How did everyone make friends so fast? Why is no one one talking to me?
Oh, almost lunch. I'm gonna talk to someone this time.
-lunch time-
I can't do this, I'm sitting here all alone. This is embarrassing. I'm just gonna listen to music and pretend I'm sleeping when I'm done eating.
I have to go to the bathroom...
*looking in the mirror*
I'm not ugly am I? *does bangs to the side* I have big eyes, like anime. Pretty, right? ಠ_ಠ
I hear someone's footsteps. *puts bangs in place* Act normal.

A girl with short blonde hair steps into the bathroom.
-It's silent.-
I'm gonna talk to her, I'm gonna talk!
"H-hi." *smiles*
"Hi?"

OH WOW! I TALKED TO HER, I WAS THE FIRST TO SAY HI! I DID IT. I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF!
As reward, I'm gonna buy a popsicle for myself after school!
Now I have to get out of the bathroom, I can't stay here smiling when she isn't in front of me anymore. She'll think I'm weird
Girl with blonde hair's thoughts: What's she doing? She's murmuring to herself, why does she keep smiling...? Just pretend I didn't see that... everything will be fine. Now I gotta do what I came here for...
-after school at a little store-
"I-I wanna buy this popsicle."
Boy that works there: "That will be $1,50."
She gives the money to him and leaves.

I even talked to a guy today. I will remember this day. I can't help smiling. Oh, I'm even tearing a bit.
"Hahahaha!"

"Uhm..."
She starts walking a bit faster.

That was a bit embarrassing, but the achievement I made today was far greater!
-opens door from her house-
"Lily, you're back home. Did you have fun with your friends?"
-silence-
"Lily, did you hear me?
Her mom walks to the door where she is.
"Lily, did you hear what I said just now?" says Lily's mom.
"O-oh, what did you say?"
I have no idea what to say, wait... I know! If mom asks who,  I'll just mention that girl with blonde hair. It's better not to, but if I have no choice, I will! She won't mind, right? Hehe...
"Y-yeah, with my friends. But the classes at school not, almost all aren't fun." I said.
"If that's so, why not hang out somewhere together with your friends where it's more fun?"

What do I say? I'll just say I'm busy with homework and there are soms tests I have to prepare for.

"Maybe... sometime, but not today, or tommorow! I have homework and a test."
Lily's mom: "That's alright, who are your friends?"

Wait, I don't even know that blonde hair girl's name. I'll just call her... Mimi? Nah, think about anime. What is your favorite character's name that isn't Japanese and is a girl.

"Oh, she has short blonde hair. Her name is... Rose."
Mom: "That's a nice name."
"Y-yeah. I'm gonna go to my room now."

I MADE IT! FINALLY, I'M SAFE!
Oh, my room is the best! Nobody's here, I can watch anime and play games.
*room is a mess*
It can be a bit better tho... but my anime is more important now, I couldn't watch it at school cause the internet's really bad.
-1 hour later-
"Hey, can you lend me an eraser? Mine dissapeared."
-silence-

Someone's tapping on my shoulder. Mom?
*takes headphones off*
"M-, oh... it's you. Why are you here sis?"
Little sister: I need an eraser, do you have one?"
*looking at my table*
"Oh, here's one Layla. It's extremely really little tho."
*Layla picks up a different eraser*
Sister: "Here, this barbie eraser will do."
*Layla looks at the screen.*
"Why are you watching cartoons again? It looks like it's for little kids."

*GASP*
"IT'S NOT! H-how could you insult my dear anime?!
*tearing*
"I'm even tearing a bit, such a big mistake you made. Anime... a person like you could never understand how amazing it is!"
Sister: "Mhm... sure."

*unpauses the anime*
Anime: "I-I love you... Jay"
Anime: "I... love you too Daniel."
*kissing*

Sister: "Yeah, that's probably not for little kids..."
"I had my headphones plugged in! Did I accidentally pull them out?! Sh*t!"
