Aphide Roman struggled with family, being raised by her grandmother, her dad gone and her mother locked up, she never really knew what the word meant. When she goes hunting for her father, she instead finds a brother and a knew family from there on.
𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗡- struggled with identity, she only ever knew her mother through a prison cell, her dad seemed to be a mystery and her grandmother wasn't much help. She struggled with the fact her skin was a russet brown whilst her mother's a pale white, her eyes dark chocolate whilst her mother's a light blue. Aphide knew nothing of heritage, nothing of who she was or who she was meant to be. Finally, her grandmother folded, she told her the name of her father and that's all the seventeen year old needed. She left school, booked a flight and decided she'd search for her father, find him and finally figure out her heritage - it didn't go to plan.
