Keep in mind that not all the fighters will be here, just the ones that are given nicknames.
Joker
In this headcanon his real name is Akira. As for his other names being Ren and Joker, they are both nicknames. (But everyone likes to refer to Akira as Joker)
Luminary
Even though he was called Eleven in his Nintendo Direct, he insists that people call him Luminary.
Bileth (Female Byleth)
Even though her name has one letter difference from her male version, they both still sound the same, so she decided that people should call her Lyth so that there isn't as much confusion.
Samus
She didn't agree to using this nickname but there are certain people who call her Sammy to poke fun at her. She gets kind of annoyed by this nickname.
Dark Pit
I think you all know that he gets called Pittoo a lot by Pit, it eventually came to a point where other fighters started calling him Pittoo to poke fun at him. Dark Pit does not like this at all.
Villager
The only fighter who calls him by this nickname is Isabelle, she always calls him Mayor. Villager knows who she is referring to whenever he hears that nickname.
Robyn (Female Robin)
Similar to the Byleths, it is kind of confusing for everyone since the names Robin and Robyn sound the same so Robyn decides that people should call her Rowan.
Duck Hunt
Even though they are referred to as Duck Hunt, the dog is called Bentley and the duck is called Duane.
King Dedede
King Dedede is sometimes called Triple D by his friends, he likes that nickname but he only allows some people to call him that.
Young Link and Toon Link
Young Link and Toon Link are called Yink and Tink by some people, mostly because some fighters don't want to say long names every single time. Young Link and Toon Link aren't really fans of their nicknames.
Jigglypuff
Jigglypuff tends to be called Puff by some people, Jigglypuff doesn't mind this at all rather she is happy with this nickname.
