*Adam pov*
DING
I sit up in my bed to check my phone. It's a text from Jaiden, she is inviting me to her house to hang out and watch a movie.  "Who else will be there?" I type. "Tim, Rebecca, and James", she answers. I blush at the last name. Yeah, so maybe I have a crush on James, so? What are you gonna do about it, huh? Another text from Jaiden brings me back tot he present. "Is 6:00 good?", she asks. "Umm...yeah"I text back. "Ok see you in half an hour. Bye" she texts me. WHAT? HALF AN HOUR?!? I look at the clock. SHIT. I have ten minutes to prepare. Since the drive to her house is about 20 minutes. I quickly get up, and change. I put on my 'Common Sense' hoodie over a fitted white T-Shirt. The shirt is kinda tight, but it's not like I ever take off my sweatshirts anyways....  I quickly rush down the stairs and get in the car.

*Time skip*

I get out of my car and walk to Jaiden's' front door. I am greeted by a very energetic Jaiden throwing me into a hug. "Nice to see you too" I sad patting her back. She pulls away and let's me it. I see Tim sitting on the couch next to Rebecca, and James sitting on a love-seat alone. I wish I could sit with him there. Jaiden yells "so what movie should we watch" pulling me out of my thoughts, and sitting in an armchair. "How bout a IT?" Tim suggests. "Sounds good", Rebecca agrees. "Adam stop standing in the doorway and come sit with James" Jaiden says, rolling her eyes when she sees me and James blush. I walk over to James and sit on the opposite end of the small couch but, I am still really close to him. Jaiden turns on the movie and we start watching.

*Time skip*

About halfway through the movie, I feel something my chest. I see James clutching my sweatshirt for dear life. "Scared, huh?" I ask him. James jumps up, as if realizing what he has done. "O-oh A-Adam sorry.", he looks away blushing. "It's fine" I say, putting my arm around him, "I don't mind". He blushes but goes back to clinging onto me. After a while James was sleeping peacefully on my lap. I couldn't concentrate on the movie, I just kept looking down at James. He looked so cute even when he was end trying to. 

*Time skip*

After the movie finished, Jaiden pulled me aside. "Adam, do you like James?" she asked. That question threw me off. "U-Um n-no, why w-why you think t-that..."I say stuttering. "Mhmmmmmm" she says, not looking fooled. "Fine, I do...now shut up. You can't tell him." I say. "Ok, I understand." She says leaving.

*Time skip*

When I got home, I couldn't stop thinking about James. Suddenly, I got a text. Speaking of the devil-no, the angel.
"Hey"he says.
"Yo, what's up"
"Nothing much,you?"
"Just thinking of you"
"Lmao"
"Lmao"
But it wasn't a joke. James was used to me making these kind of jokes, I did them even before I knew I liked him.
"So anyways I was thinking.....u wanna come over tomorrow"
"Yeah sure, what time?"
"Maybe around 12:00?"
"Sounds good"
"See u then"
"Cya"
