Part 2

Ayden's POV
I notice the girl sitting on the table beside mine looking at me. My face felt hot and I quickly turned away and started jotting down points for my English work. Maybe it was an Australian custom I don't know of. I take deep but silent breaths, trying to make my red face as little visible as possible.

Katerina's POV
OMFG!!! THE TIME HAS COME!!! CATHY HAS FALLEN IN LOVE WITH THAT NEW AMERICAN KID!!!!
I hide my grin and look at Ayden. He's blushing profusely, and it's so obvious he's trying to hide it. Wait, I have an idea...

TIME SKIP: At recess...

Cathy's POV
"Hey guys, do you want to go to karaoke today?" Katerina asks us after the bell rings. "We can invite the new kid along too."
"Sure!" Cammi says.
I blush unkownigly. "Why the new kid?"
My friends giggle to each other for some unkown reason.
"Well," Divyanshi says, grinning broadly, "Isn't Miss Stilwell always nagging us students to get along with the new kids?"
"Yeah, that'll be hitting two birds with one stone!!" Shavony adds in a strangely-more-than-enthusiastic voice.
I look at them weirdly. "Hmm... True... After school, right?"
"Yup." Sophie agrees.

TIME SKIP - At lunch...

I walk up to Ayden, blushing. My friends, who said they were too shy to ask a boy (?!), were sitting down waiting and watching while urging me to go on.
"Uhh... Hey." I say. Ayden turns around to look at me. Instinctively, I quickly cover my face to hide the deep red colour on my face.
"Hi." The American boy says. I can't tell what his expression is, but it's probably a disgusted or raising-an-eyebrow look.
"Um, would you like to go to karaoke with me and my friends today after school?" I ask him, my hands still covering my face.
"Sure!"
And, even though I couldn't see anything, I could feel the warmth of his smile.

Ayden's POV
The girl sitting beside me, Cathy, quickly walks away. Why was she covering my her face? Actually, she was the one who caught my attention first. The girl with the ineteresting personality.

Selena's POV
After Cathy came back to our group, she still refused to uncover her face. Seriously, Cathy is SO easy to read. I'm ROFLing right now. In my head.
Katerina gives us a wink behind Cathy's back, and we all wink back mischevuously. Seriously, she's gonna thank us for this.

Hii!!! I'm a completely inexperienced writer so if this story isn't that good then that's probably why. BTW, I'm a manga fan, so if anything sounds a bit manga-like, you know why....
