Fem!reader x Bakugou [ Zombie apocalypse AU ]

_p r o l o g u e_

I felt the soft sunlight caress my closed eyelids, driving them to open, I slowly started to feel the pain on my lower back as I regained consciousness.

"Argh jeez! My ass hurts like hell..." I groaned while stretching my back.

Well sleeping on a fucking tree branch isn't the best idea but it's better than not sleeping at all...

I look at the ground around me scanning my surroundings, looks like that fucker's gone, I thought to my self.

I've been travelling for 3 days now, I don't know where I am, I have a map, but I got lost after a nearly fatal encounter... let's just say...

I'm looking for food, I haven't eaten anything in the past 24 hours and it's becoming a problem. I need to find some as soon as-

I turn around instantaneously after hearing what sounded like a zombie's moan. Indeed, it was the zombie from last night, the reason I had to climb a tree to sleep soundly (more or less) and safely.

"Oh great and you brought friends too."

I pull out my spear- well not exactly, its a tactical knife duck taped into a staff i found while scavenging, I got a lil crafty just 'cuz I don't exactly like to get all close and personal you know?

I drop my bag on the floor and charge at the 3 zombies in sight, i stab the middle one right in the brain, pull out as the rotten body collapses on the ground, I aim at the buddy in the left, I stab him with the pointy edge or my spear again but- It doesn't pull out? The skull must still be hard...

"Urgh! Dammit-" I spit out, I use my leg to push the zombie away from it and successfully manage to pull it out.

By the time I did that however, the third one was already grabbing on my right shoulder, I shudder at the contact.

I could feel his gruesome breath on my neck as it opens its mouth for a bite, my heart was racing, I wanted to move, but I couldn't- I froze, I-

'Huh?'

Its head fell abruptly on my shoulder, followed by its entire body, motionless. '!!!'  Behind it's head was a freshly made hole, bleeding.

'A bullet hole!'

I hear some bushes behind me move, followed by a soft male voice...

"Pro tip, don't stab, slash."
