Well the thing about positive thoughts are that keep you going and helping you rise back up after losing something or someone you did wrong they help you through the day basically. But the way you replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts is a change in your life, you need to change your priorities and you can do some positive actions like helping out a family member or friend with something or doing something nice for them and that will make you feel better about yourself. But other things that might help is the things in your life and sometimes there are certain things you might need to stop doing that will be causing negative energy in your life to make things better, sometimes it can be people in your life but most of the time it's your actions and how you live your life but my best advice for you all is to do what's right for your life to bring positive vibes to help you through everything.
