With Akane gently placed in his satchel with his cd player, Girou arrives to his mother's home. It's a big house, a lot bigger than the one he lives in with his father. It's front yard is fill with white roses. It's beautiful. He walks up to the door and knocks. There's no answer at first. So he knocks again. He hears the sound of yelling from inside the house. They're arguing over who should get the door. Someone comes to door and he steps back with a bit of anxiety. The door swings open to reveal is older sister Tadame. Her hair is jet black, her skin is slightly tanned from the summer sun, and she wearing jean shorts and a white T-shirt. She looks annoyed as she opens the door, until she looks down and sees her little brothers face. She pats his head and smiles. "Hey, how goes it?" His anxiety dissappears and he immediately hugs her. "Woah you okay?" She rubs his hair. Akane meows from within his satchel. Tadame looks down at it and then at her brother in her arms. "How about you come inside for tea before I take you to the bridge?" He nods still hugging her; he wont let her go. Besides his kitty, his father, and his camera, Girou really loves his big sister. She's always very kind to him and she tries her best to hang out with him whenever possible. Since their parents seperated, she hasn't been able to see him much. She's 7 years older than him and it's been 7 years since they seperated. She knows it was for the best but she still misses her little brother.Tadame waddles into the home with her brother still attached hugging her. She closes and locks the door then takes him to the living room. "Sit here, I'll pour you some iced tea and then we'll head out okay?" Girou lets her go and sits down patiently. Akane comes from out the satchel and sits on his lap. "Tadame! Tadame where did you put the towels? I need to wash them! I can't find any.", a loud voice shouts from upstairs. Girou tenses up and looks down holding Akane in his lap, as though he's trying to shrink himself to her size. He hears footsteps coming down the stairs. One, two, one, two. It's as though each step is echoing loudly in his head, he stays quiet. "Oh you have someone over? Why didn't you tell--" A tall woman with dyed light brown hair and a pink business dress suit stands near him. "Oh....Girou. Hello....How's Renjiro? Your father that is..."
"He's okay. How are you are...mom?" His chest slightly tightens. His mother glances at him, as though she's dissapointed, then looks away to her cellphone. Akane peeks through his arms and stares at Girou's mother hissing. She looks down at the cat, "I'm fine. I'm guess Tadame is taking you somwhere?" He nods. "Alright. As long as she's back in time and not stuck dealing with you all day it's fine. She's busy you know, she's 18 now and soon she'll have to go to university. She doesn't have time to play all day." She walks back up the stairs. Girou hears the sound of a door closing; she's in her room. He lets out a sigh of relief and pets Akane. Tadame comes back with two glasses of iced tea. "I'm sorry....I know you don't feel comfortable talking to her but I didn't know what to do... She doesn't like when I talk back." He takes the cup iced tea and drinks from it. Tears run down his face as he silently cries. Their mother avoids Girou because he looks like his father. It hurts him everytime she looks away; he just wants to be loved by her. Tadame sits next to him and hold him to comfort him.
