My Mission.
"So, Scar, are you ready?"
"Of course, I am."
"Great, now let's go meet up with Captain MacMiller," Scarlet smiled as we set out to complete our mission.
Walking through the town: we once stayed at for years, Scarlet asked, "So, what made you decide to do this mission after all this time?"
"After fighting the Alpha-Knights and having a relationship, I think it was best to do my job and move on."
"What about meeting your father?"
"He also did his part in making me choose this path, but this is my decision so, it's not his persuasion."
She then turned to me, smiling, "That's great to hear."
Her smile was bright and full of life. It was like a weight was lifted off of her shoulders. It is nice seeing her smile like that and not like before. "So how are we going to take down Mr. Zone?"
"It's simple yet complicated. Sasha at the moment is infiltrating the compound as we speak. While she does that we would get at least five miles away from the target's location. With the help of MacMiller, you and I would be walking towards the spot then we would make our escape," she stated.
"What about MacMiller? Isn't he coming with us?"
"Only Faith shall tell you the answer. Not me," she grinned.
"I see,"
We reached MacMiller whereabouts and we geared up for the mission. After we finished preparing ourselves, MacMiller and I. Were now dressed as normal civilians while Scarlet transformed herself into my backpack.
"Scar, for this mission: as you know I would be guiding you, but you shall be the one making the decision for this is your mission," MacMiller said as he rested his hand on the doorknob.
"Understood, Sir. Thanks for all the help up until now," I saluted.
"No, problem son. Just make sure you kill that bastard for people like me can live a normal life and have a sense of peace," he grinned.
"I shall... you can count on me," I smiled.
He opened the door and we set out to the train station. There he guided me into the train and we headed towards the sniper position.
"Alright, we are three miles from your shooting point," he whispered.
"Understood, so is this my first decision?" I answered.
"Not as yet, come on," he wavered.
As we walked down the staircase, he pulled out his hand in front of me: hatling me. "What is it?"
"Look there," he gestured by placing his hand on the back of his neck and pointed with his elbow.
In that direction, I saw a group of SHUNNF units, covered from head to toe in armor and holding an assault rifle with a pistol on the thigh.
"As you can see: enemy contact straight ahead. Do you have the fake ID and name I gave you correct?" He asked while gazing at me.
"Yes, I do, but why did you pick Price?" I questioned.
"It's a long story," he muttered.
"Okay, but do we proceed or?"
"We shall continue with these disguises, we can get pass their secuirty, but try not to do anything stupid. Just walk slow and follow my lead," he stated.
