Explaining the world
The movie would start up with the x men,where we find everyone a bit older like early college years.
The x men are famous after the whole apocalypse thing they are a some what a task force to save mutant around the world,leading the group is Xavier but on the field in would be beast, and wolverine would be here to he would be like a teacher like them.
Scott,jean,kurt,storm,peter,jublie would be one the team has well,like x men evolution.
With the avengers it would take place after age of Ultron but before civilian war and thor left already.
Captain America with iron man,image civil war but with out black panther and spiderman course.
Remember aging up the x men jubilee would probably be the closes to spiderman man's age if he was in the movie.
So thier would be some type of disaster happening where both avengers and x men are joining force to help the people but something happens where it changes the situation,the disaster is actually a mutant that can't control her powers,
Avengers and x men are having a hard time,where hulkbuster can't do anything but jean grey can using the Phoenix (my au where she doesn't die).
Tony and even Steve see this as almost as a hulk like danger but don't say anything because she a good guy.
The two teams would go thier separate way but before hand beast and Tony would discuss what would happen to the young mutant in question.
Tony would let in go but not with out tracking the ship first.
Back at the x mansion professor would congratulate the team on saving lives but when it diners down he wishes to talk to jean.
Xavier learning from the last movie to not control jean but to ask how she doing.
" I'm alright professor,I can control a bit off it" jean would say to him.
"I know "he would say but would be nervous for her.
At the avengers base the team would discuss the x men,at this point everyone knows about them but didn't realize how young they are.
But sometimes bothering tony,he remember the Phoenix force and does some research on it.
At this point we would see that how the x men team hang out just talk to one another,see that thier not just friends but a team.
Jean though feel something while hangout out with scott,
She would read hanks mind while he talk to xavier and how some government officials want a report over Jean and her power level.
Jean would get frustrated of course but than something happens hank call her inn.
Xavier trust in his student he tries to show it every time he can.
Jean would tell the truth with esdropping.
Jean would say no she doesn't want to be rat in a lab,hank would try to help her see it in a different light but give up once he sees her.
Than officers would come in with a warrant no one in the x men would like this so when that doesn't work who do you call the avengers.
So the avengers would be discuss this like in civil war,some would disagree with the x man calling them vigilante others not so much but they agree to cut they want to talk about this first.
Scene would be like the comic where captain America with tony waits outside.
Xavier and hank would talk to them but discuss the jean is a good person.
Cap: processor x.
Px: captain America,mr stark is a honer to meet you.
Cap: we need to take ms grey into protective custody
Px: because
Cap:the Phoenix force is a dangwe not only to her self but to others.
At this point jean can hear them both she begain to get scared scott notices this but holds his ground with her.
The discussion would continue but all hand on deck on when tony says "come on you do understand we aren't asking"
Hank would get in front of Charles to protect him,than out of now where scott shoots his obtic blast shooting at captain America,as he blocks with his shield.
Kurt would telepor Charles put of there,more members of the avengers would come out from hiding.
War machine could be the first real threat to the team,but storm would shock him cousing him to fall.
The x men would lose this battle and retreat,the whole movie would be th HG e x men running away from the avengers.
Steve would disagree with the whole thing but still going on.
While the x men don't know what to do jean being extremely exhausted from the constant attacks.
The team would be bonding even more but the last battle would be where jean just can't control it and leaves earth maybe going to a junk planet.
