It's been a couple weeks and, Marinette and Adrien are slowly getting used to being a little separate despite their feelings. Adrien is aware that girls who admire him might get heartbroken, including Chloe Bourgeois, Lila Rossi and of course, Kagami Tsurugi.
" Adrikennssss" yelled Chloe. Adrien then looked at her and gave her an awkward smile "H-hi Chloe..". "So do you finally know who you should date Adrien?!" Chloe asked that annoyed Adrien, who then told her "I-... I still don't know yet...". "Arghh you're already 19!.. We'll talk about it later... See ya at class Adrikennss!" Exclaimed Chloe. "Y-yeah sure..." Adrien said. Plagg then peeked and looked at Adrien and said "Why did you lie to her?". Adrien answered "I'll tell her later Plagg... Don't worry...".
𝑨𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒐𝒐𝒎
"So? Have you made your decision Adrien?" Chloe asked a little to loud that she got Marinette's attention.
"L-look i don't want you to be hurt Chloe... But.. I'm already in love with someone else" Hesitated Adrien.
Marinette blushed because of Adrien telling the truth, Alya saw this and said "Why are you blushing girl? It's not like he's in love with you... Or is he?". "It's nothing" said Marinette. "What?! Who is this girl?! And why isn't she your girlfriend yet?!" Exclaimed Chloe. Adrien answered "I'm sorry Chloe but i can't tell you who she is and... We're... Already... NOT yet in a relationship...". "Arghh this is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous!" Yelled Chloe as she walks away with Sabrina. "Dude.. You never told me that you were already in love with a girl... Who is she?" wondered Nino. "As i said dude.. I can't tell you..." Adrien sadly explains. While Marinette and Alya saw what happened, Alya wondered and asked Marinette "Speaking of love... Are you still in love with Adrien?". "Me of course he's amazing" Marinette whispered to Alya, as Alya chuckles after hearing what Marinette said.
"Can you believe it Sabrina?! He is in love with someone elsee RIDICULOUS!" Yelled Chloe. "Who could this girl be!" she added. "Yeah who could this girl be..." Sabrina calmly said.
𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓
Marinette once again went to school and saw everyone talking about something. She immediately went to Alya and asked "Why does everyone seem so busy?". "Well remember Lila Rossi? Yeah i knwo you remember her... Well she's coming back and said she had eyesight problems so once again she has to be seated at the front row... With Adrien and you have to sit in the back..." Alya explained and Marinette suddenly spoke to Alya with a confident voice" Like I'm gonna be disturbed by that liar? Huh.. In her dreams... "." Woah you seem confident today Marinette.. Didn't you have some.. Misunderstanding with Lila? "Asked Alya. Marinette then said" Nope not anymore.. ". Alya was in shock seeing Marinette while walking away not angry with Lila.
Adrien saw what happened and smiled at her.
When Lila finally arrived at the hallway, everyone was there waiting. Lila waved at everyone and Marinette confidently said "Oh hey Lila you're back again! Oh and i heard you had another disease, right? I hope you'll get well better soon. Well enjoy your stay here" while walking towards the classroom. Lila got angry deep inside and was about to confront her, but some of her fans got in the way.
Adrien was aware that Lila might or will probably tell lies again to him, like catching up with the school work and all that stuff.
𝑨𝒕 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎
As they all seated at their temporary seat arrangement, Adrien looked up at Marinette and winked at her. Marinette also waved at him smiling sweetly. When Lila saw this he immediately stood up to Adrien and said "Can you help me catch up with the school work i missed?". Before Adrien answered Lila's question, he looked at Marinette again and this time, Marinette was the one who winked at Adrien. Lila was giving Marinette an evil glare until Marinette winked at Adrien she immediately gor confused and angry. She got cut off by Adrien saying "Sure Lila, I'd gladly will". "Okay.. Later at your house?" Lila asked. "Sure" Adrien answered. Lila once again looked at Marinette if she was angry, but Marinette just giggled and looked at the window.
Lila didn't know what to do and just sat down as the teacher was about to arrive.
𝑨𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔
Lila decided to talk to Marinette and try to make her angry but then this happened. Lila whispered to her "I am going to Adrien's house and you'll never know what we're gonna do there and you never know, he might be mine after that". "Go ahead Lila, you can do that all day and all your life, but I'm perfectly fine with it, after all, i already know who Adrien is going to end up with considering you're a liar so, go ahead Lila Rossi, we'll see" said Marinette as she walks away patting her shoulder. Lila was immediately confused, she didn't 't know what was going on and she got furious, of course.
Adrien chuckled and blushes while watching them having a conversation and Plagg peeked from Adrien' s shirt saying "Look who's blushing, and why though?". "Because.. I just.... I just can't believe how much she trusts me..." Sweetly said by Adrien. "Suit yourself kid" Plagg aaid while going back inside Adrien's shirt.
"Wow Marinette, i can't believe how much trust you put to Adrien.." Tikki said. Marinette just giggled and went back home to do her homework.
