7. She's...

A/n: Heyy! I'm back. After 4 years I decided to continue this story. If you are an old reader, I changed the date and everyone's age, so go back to the first chapter if you need to. Y/n is 17, Maho and Lisa are 16, Ethan, Grayson and Matthew are 18 and Cameron is 20. Remember there's also an Ethan POV book and I add chapters there too. 

We had been talking and laughing for a good 20 minutes when Maho and Lisa joined us.

"Hey you love birds" Lisa said and I softly punched her on the arm. "What? We all know it's true"

"Anybody feel like going for a swim?" said Maho changing the subject, she took off her shirt and shorts. She has an amazing body and a huge butt, plus, she's tan literally all year round. She teased all of us to come with her, but she ended up only convincing Matt.

They took off running towards the sea and belly flopped once they were deep inside.

"What the hell happened yesterday, tell me ALL of it" Lisa sat up facing me.

"Okay" I laughed "So basically when we were all sitting at the Dolans house, Ethan and I had this moment when you took the video of us, but then all of a sudden he totally zoned out looking at his phone, I got mad and when I saw that Matt was with your brother I decided to go with them and enjoy the night without Ethan. I swear the moment I got into the car I regretted it"

"Whyy? Didn't you have fun with them" she looked a little worried

"No no, I did, it's just that... I don't know, you know me Lis, I never just leave with the first guy I see, I did it out of pride and anger and also because I was still a little drunk" I giggled "We didn't even do much, just drove around, sang some songs and I made out with Matt, but I am grounded for getting home late"

"Hey, can I ask you something?" she said

"Sure"

"Do you like Matt or is he just a rebound?" She looked honestly worried, I thought about it and the answer was obvious, but I didn't want to admit it. Right then I felt something freezing on my arms and chest and suddenly I was upside down, Matthew was running with me in his arms and then dropped me in the water.

"OH MY GOD MATTHEW!!" I yelled getting on my feet again. He laughed looking at me, he tilted his face a little and gave me the cutest smile.

"You look adorable, like a wet puppy" he held my face in his hands and softly run his fingertips up and down my cheek. "Y/n you're shivering"

"Help, I'm freezing" I said dramatically

"Come here I know how to warm you up" he leaned in and kissed me passionately, his hands went from my waist down to my hips, I brushed my fingers through his hair and suddenly felt him grabbing my butt.

"Hey!!" I pushed him away from me and he looked at me confused, searching for an answer "Why would you do that??"

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable, I thought it was okay since yesterday you let me" his face got a little red and he looked away. After a few very awkward seconds Maho came over where we were and broke the silence.

"Aren't you guys cold?"

"Yes, very" I said and they both laughed.

The three of us started walking out of the ocean when I saw a couple playing beach paddleball and their ball flew over to the water, almost next to me, I walked a little to my left to get it but the little waves kept pushing it away, I finally got a hold on it and threw it back to them, they thanked me and then yelled "Be careful!!!." Next thing I knew I was bent over on my knees; the water was up to my shoulders and I felt a stabbing pain on the left side of my body, I couldn't move.

"I'm so so so sorry!" I heard a female voice say and felt her hand on my upper back. "Can you get up?" I nodded.

"AGHH" I tried to get up, but it hurt too much, I looked down and saw I was surrounded by bloody water.

"Y/n ARE YOU OKAY?!?!" Gray was running up to me at full speed and Ethan was right behind him. Gray took me in his arms out of the water, he laid me down on my towel and took off my shorts carefully "Is that ok?" he asked, and I nodded.

Ethan was running up to me with two surfboards and two girls behind him, he left everything on the ground next to me and sprinted to the surf spot, he came back with a first aid kit and a towel. He gave them to Lisa who was helping Gray.

"What happened?" I asked, I was in so much pain I could barely speak, I was having trouble keeping my head up to look at what Grayson was doing, Ethan noticed it and sat crisscrossed style behind me and I rested my head on his legs.

"Jessica run into you and hit you with the surfboard" Matthew asked me, holding my hand

"You have a pretty big cut on your side" Maho was holding my feet and stroking them softly.

"Y/n this will hurt a little" Gray said, he soaked a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol and cleaned my wound. I screamed in pain; Matt held my hand even tighter.

"Who's Jessica?" I asked to get my mind off the pain

"Me"

"She's..."

"Matthew's ex"
