Reina King: Reina was first married to an army man named Zackary Beaird, and they had a beautiful little girl named Isabella Elisa Beaird. Zackary died just after Isabella turned ten. Reina re-married and they had a little boy named Luke Robert River. Reina was constantly reminded of the week spent in the asylum for years, until she finally gave in and went to a psychiatrist. The nightmares stopped and soon she was at peace.
Michael Clifford: Michael hopped from girl to girl, finally moving on from his crush on Reina. They remained best friends, and Michael finally settled down with a cute girl he had met in his math class his senior year. They had a son, then a set of twins a year later. Michael blocked out all the memories of that night, trying not to slip into the madness the horrible place had caused.
Mia Castillo: Mia disappeared from Reina and Michael's life. She moved to England, where she met a British architect and started a family. Though, every year on the day she lost her first love, she flew back to America and visited the graves of her dead best friends. Reina and Michael once saw her, crying at Ashton's gravestone, but never made any effort to contact her.
