I stared down in disbelief. There are some questions that nobody wants to have to ask. "What the fuck is that and why was it in me?" Is one of them. I wished that at any second I'd wake up, but this wasn't a dream. A small dark pebble-like object lay in front of me. I couldn't really focus on it.. There was a bluish reddish blur around it, as if it was a 3D picture and I was missing my glasses. "It's weird, but it looks harmless..." I barely heard Tyler as he sat on the couch beside me. It's been almost an hour since I coughed this thing up. I woke up from a nap on the couch, took a drink of water and felt a terrible burning pain starting in my chest and expanding to every cell in my body
