summary: i don't even have a good summary i just wanted to write liddol babie yoonie being loved while painting : (
yoongi admires his painting. it held emotion, even though it was just blue. he felt like it needed more, so he grabbed his paintbrush again and added a little more detail onto the canvas, making sure each stroke was perfect.
taehyung would walk in quietly, making sure not to disturb his hyung's process. the way his hands carefully held the brush, making sure there were no mistakes had him in awe. yoongi was so focused into making sure the painting was good and taehyung couldn't help but smile.
yoongi adds a few more spots of color before stepping back and looking at his painting. he made a slight 'hmm' sound.
"yoongi?" taehyung whispered, trying not to ruin any creative process going through yoongi's head.
"hi tae." yoongi looks back and smiles at the boy. his voice would be low and deep, creating a more relaxed environment.
taehyung smiles and hugs the smaller, to which he reacted with a small giggle before ruffling taehyung's hair.
"your painting is so pretty yoonie, but not as pretty as you." taehyung winked, acting like he was the smoothest person on earth. all he earned was a simple laugh from the older and a flick on the forehead.
"s-shut up dork." yoongi smiles as he buries his head into the crook of taehyung's neck. he was blushing, but trying to be cool.
"aww, don't act like you didn't like it baby!" taehyung chuckles as he picks yoongi's head up, cupping his cheeks and giving him a forehead kiss.
"m-maybe i did. just a l-little." yoongi pouted, playing with his shirt.
taehyung simply grinned looking at his boyfriend be so cute and soft. "my beautiful little artist." he kept giving yoongi kisses on his cheeks and forehead, occasionally giving him pecks on his lips also.
yoongi simply blushed and let out his gummy smile, letting taehyung give him the affection and care he normally doesn't ask for but loves to receive.
he looked at his painting, it was supposed to have a sad meaning and expressed a very depressing time of his life, but when he felt like this; being loved and appreciated like this, the meaning felt nonexistent. like it didn't happen at all. taehyung hugged him from behind as yoongi added a few final touches to the painting, such as adding a few hints of dark blue onto the canvas.
yoongi let out a soft sigh when he was finally finished, looking at his artwork. some people may say it isn't good, but in his own eyes it's good, and that's enough.
taehyung simply took in yoongi's scent, watching the boy become focused into his painting once again. yoongi's eyes twinkled, loving his painting.
yoongi looked up at taehyung, the younger looking down at him and giving his signature box smile. "you did great baby."
yoongi giggled again, loving the compliments.
he wished he could just be loved and appreciated this much forever.
"do you wanna go get ice cream with me? i know you worked hard and i wanna treat you." taehyung kisses yoongi's cheeks for what seems the 300th time. yoongi's mouth opened and he looked like he was giving puppy eyes to the younger.
"y-yes please!" yoongi seemed to get more excited, and taehyung loved when he got excited.
he loves yoongi so much.
"alright, let's go my little artist." taehyung held yoongi's hand as they exited the room, yoongi squealing out of excitement and holding his hand tightly.
the live was going insane.
