Itachi was by the cliff waiting for his best friend shisui, he had told him to not to the uchiha's meeting today. He waited there for him, and heard footsteps behind him.
Which was odd because shisui wasn't supposed to be back yet, he turns around and his eyes widen. There stood shisui beaten up his right eye shit close as blood leaked down the side of his cheek.
" Shisui?! " Itachi said as he walks up to him, shisui let's a soft smile spread across his face. " Itachi" he said as nothing was wrong, " what happened to you? " He spoke clearly worried for him. " It's danzo, he wanted to talk to me he doesn't trust me. So he tried to kill me, he took my right eye and he's sure to come back for my left one " he spoke as he walks in front of him a bit.
" Protect the village and the uchiha name " he said as a soft smile comes across his face.
Itachi looks at him and felt panicked worried for him, " that's why I'm going to give it to you before he can get it " he spoke as he pulls out his eye and held it out to him. Crows appear and take the eye, itachi looks at him that panicked feeling only getting worse.
' shisui..... ' Itachi thought as he looks at him, " from now, you may be forced to walk down a long, dark path. One that's filled with pain and suffering. I have to apologise.... That I can't be with you through it all. Still, I hope you don't falter from your path, keep moving as a leaf ninja, I believe in you. That is why I'm able to ask you to carry my will. Thank you... For everything " shisui spoke as he continues to smile at him, this all confused itachi.
He sees shisui back off and fall back and down the cliff and he moves fast to grab his hand. " Shisui?! " He yells, " don't stop me my friend " he spoke, itachi misses his hand by an inch and watched as he fell down. He sees him fall down, " SHISUI?! ".
Suddenly he stands straight a bit of blood leak down his eyes, he opens them and he activated his Managekyo Sharingan. He falls ti his knees, tears began to fall down his cheeks as he weeps over the lost of his friend, but only one though ran through his head.
' I never got to tell him, I never got to tell him that I loved him... '
