Foul, Oh...

I'm too old for fairytales, but what else will I call

The moment I looked at you and felt the stars fall.?

If fantasies aren't real, and dreams aren't too,

Why did I see magic the moment I was beside you.?

.

Though you don't really sleep in a castle everyday,

How come you're as charming as any Prince may..?

Though I don't see any crown shinning on your head,

Why can't I forget a single word that you've said..?

And it seems like you came from your magnificent kingdom

Hearing applauses from people, even cheers from some.

And even though you don't own a sword or a spear,

Why do I feel safe, just you simply being here..?

.

And even without having a boots made of gold,

You managed to walk into my life, unlike what they told

In stories with such fairies, unlike what I know,

Even without a spell, I've gotten to love you so..

.

If this is no fantasy, then let me stay being crazy

For I started believing such, the moment I saw thee..

And if you were born normal, and nothing special since,

How come I can see you as my one and only Prince..?
