Chapter One: Bye Natsu!

Lucy's POV

I'm so excited!!! You want to know why...? I'm gonna go on my first solo S-class mission!!!! Isn't that aweeesommee??!!!?!? >\\\\\\<

Everything seemed perfect until one person approched me... 

"Hey Luce when are we gonna go on that mission?" Natsu said.

"No.... Don't you remember?!?!?! I'm going on a single man job!!! That means by myself, with myself and only myself.."

"I'm coming end of disscussion." Natsu said.

"No Natsu!! Why do you always ruin everything for me?"

Natsu looked sad at what I said.

"Sorry but, I'm prepared! I promise I'll be back! .......Come on Natsu!! .....Please?~"

"Lucyyy your so annoying.. Im going with you."

"I'm stong enough!! Don't you think I'm ready to go alone? Or is it that you don't have faith in me?"

"Luce wai-"

I ran towards the guild with tears in my eyes. 

Time Skip: Entering the Guild

"Mira! Gray! Ezra!!!"

"Lucy? Hey why are you crying??"

I didn't answer there question, instead saying,

"Do you think I can do a S-class mission by myself?"

"Yes...Well a single man one." Ezra said. 

A small look of happiness appeared on my face.

I told them what happened when i saw their puzzled faces.

"Can you pretty please make sure Natsu doesnt come?"

"Of course! We wouldn't let that hot head get in the way of your mission!" Ezra said

"I'd get that Flame-Head anytime!" Gray replied smirking.

"Be careful out there Lu-chan!' Levy said.

"I will!"

I exited the door before running into...

Natsu's POV

I saw Luce exiting with a S-class mission in her hand. 

"What do you think your doing??" I said.

"You dummy.. I'm going on a S-class mission!!!" Luce said.

"Luce I told yo-"

"I SAID NO, JUST NO! WHY CAN'T YOU SEE THAT I'M STONGER!! ...Am I that weak to you?"

"Wait Luc-"

I know she's strong.. I just always want to be by her side... I don't want he to leave without me... I want to protect her everyday...

But my thoughts were cut off by someone's words.

"Stop Natsu. Let her be. She is strong, you know that. She can handle that, right?" Ezra grabbed my hand and pulled me back.

Damn she had a scary look in her eyes...

"Hey guys!!! Make sure he doesn't follow me!!!!"

"We will. We promise!" The guild said.

I was furious. I was mad. 

But why was I feeling this way?

I already knew she was strong, but why did I feel so insecure?

I can barely even say her name anymore.

I've been waiting so long for her to return.

I've been staring at the guild doors for as long as can remember.

Why am I suddenly loosing all my faith in Luce?

She promised she'd return....

If only I had gone with her...

Goddammit Luce come back to me...
