I've been back at New York for a while now, Sam and I talk, but only usually once a week. Until I got a call from Sam.
"Hey"
Sam sounds upset, like there's something, wrong.
"Whats up baby."
"Uh, i dont think this long distance is working. I cant handle the stress."
I was quiet. i shut down, completely. Honestly i dont think there is anything else to say.
"Ehm-Leighann, i got to go."
He ended the call. I still stood there listening to the static of the phone. If you saw me, you would think I saw a ghost. Suddenly, my new best friend from school,Morgan, walked in my room and waved her hand in my face to wake me from my day dream.
"What happened to you?!"
"Sam, h-he broke up with me."
"Well that piece of crap doesnt need you."
"Youre right"
I go on my twitter and immeditaltly i see the answer to my problem. Sam broke up with me because of her. That diststuting rat that belongs in the sewer.
Maria, I stared at the love of my life kissing Maria.
Why god why me?
Morgan is also following Sam and she goes on her twitter and see it too.
"Get your jacket on."
"Why?"
she answers me with a devilish smile,weirdo well actually im that weird too.
"Were going shopping, were buying cute blondes, or maybe hot brunettes."
"I love you."

We were at the store for like an hour before I decided to leave.
"Lets go to Marshall's, all the hotties go there around Christmas because they have cute ornaments."
"Whatever"
We get to Marshalls and I see this REALLY cute guy looking at me.
I decide what to say and walk over to him.
"Hey cutie, what's your number il send you a picture it last's longer. But I better get one in return."
"Demanding, Like it."
"Lol, whats your name, Im Leighann.
Fallon."
"Ahh you used to date Sam Pottorff."
"Yeah, dark days."
"You're funny, I'm Johnathan, whats that you were talking about numbers before, and is the picture offer still available?"
"Ha, Sure and my number is 555-6798"
"Thanks, I'll text you right now my number is 555-2347, i got to go but talk to you later."
"Bye!"
I guess I was smiling a lot because Morgan came up to me and said "Man you're a happy camper."
"Yeaah."
"Come on let's get Dunkin, Im in the mood for a Snickerdoodle Latte."
"Yas!"
We drive to Star bucks and I text Johnathan all the way home.
