Chapter 2: The First Kiss (Part 1)

After noticing something for a while , he asks breaking the flow of conversation

SID: where did you get this, pointing to the the night suit avneet was wearing; Wow, and you were complaining about no clothes. Look at me I’m here lying shirtless and still not complaining.

AVU:  Arrey, this isn’t mine . Can’t you see this is oversized. This I borrowed from Preeti ( who was makeup women of the crew) . BTW I like you……………….shirtless, she whispers with a naughty smile

This brought smile on his face and he soon comes back to his flirty self

SID: But I must tell you, you are looking hot as hell. I can’t take my eyes off you.

Sensing the romantic advances Siddharth is trying to make

AVU:  Ek baat batao siddharth . Why do you love me so much. What do you like in me ?

As she says it SIDDHARTH suddenly bursts into laughter .   Avu is visibly confused by this reaction of sid

AVU: What..What happened ?

SID says while smiling: Chep diya na Kabir singh ka dialogue. What do you like in me. Preeti ke kapde pehan kar you are behaving like Preeti of Kabir …………………..

But before sid could finish, avu pounces on his him. Anger on her face and rightly so cuz sid spoiled all her mood.

AVU: you know what, GO TO HELL ( her voice turns louders as she speaks). Me preeti to nahi hoon but you are as psycho as Kabir Singh. Now don’t even try to talk to me otherwise I’ll throw you out of this room. Get it .And She turns her back towards him in abrupt manner as she speaks .
Silence in the room now.

She isn’t even moving now, trying to act as if she is asleep . But Siddharth is smiling non-stop, not even a single sign of worry on his calm face. Cuz he knows how to deal with it. He has faced such situations many a times in his year long relationship.

Breaking the silence, came his voice

“She asked what do you like in me                                                                      And I’m speechless,
            literally have nothing to say
I can’t even say,
I like the way you breathe                                         ………cuz that is Kabir Singh’s way”

“ Okay I say it…. I like your smile                                                                                                                                          
  pulls me close even from a mile

But what about your beauty, your touch and pure soul you possess     which are equally beautiful                                                                         If they hear this,
Out of envy they will turn hostile ”

This made avu blush. She is smiling now. He slowly grabs his hand . And as she senses his touch, smile galore over her face. But she still acts angry and  shakes her hand to get rid of his grab. But Siddharth is in no mood to leave her hand. 

SID: enough of your nautanki. I know you aren’t sleeping.
And he pulls her arm so strongly that her face turns towards him. Faces close enough that hardly even air can pass through.

SID: Baby, You know how much I love you. one can fathom Even depth of oceans and measure heights of sky but my love for you is beyond all these measurement.

My life revolves around you . Only smile I can remember when I close my eyes is yours. Baby, You are the only reason I know what love is

AVU’s anger has vanished, she is looking into siddharth’s eyes tirelessly, and her face close enough to feel his breath. She is now feeling him through her hands. She is completely lost in his face, touching his cheeks and lips.
