Chapter 6 - Us

Jennie is getting ready to go to Lisa's house, she's wearing black long sleeve shirt and denim jacket with a simple make up. Jennie steps down stairs to find her mother after she can't be found in her room, Jennie see her mother still at dining table doing some work on her notebook.

"Mom I'm going out" said Jennie. "Where to? Meeting your boyfriend?" Mrs Kim look at her daughter with smirk on her face, teasing her daughter. "No, it's Lisa that I'm going to meet" explain Jennie.

"Your hoobae? I haven't seen her since you finished high school, I thought you both didn't keep in touch anymore" said Mrs Kim knowing how close they are during high school and what happens to Lisa mother's. "Well we both busy to hangout like before, she has to work and I'm busy with study but we still contact each other and exchange news" Mrs Kim just nodding while still doing her work.

"Want to tag along since you also hasn't meet her so long?" asked Jennie. "It's fine..just ask her to come here for dinner sometimes" Jennie knew her mom wouldn't follow her and that's the reason she brave enough to tell the truth and invite her. "Okay.. I'll get going then" Jennie kiss her mother cheek before leaving the house and head to her destination.

Jennie arrived at Lisa house and opened the door with the spare key that Lisa gave her when Lisa dropped from school and since then she often come visit but not since university takes a lot of her time.

Jennie bring porridge and some other food that she buy on the way here to feed Mrs Min and eat with Lisa when she get home. She brings the porridge and water to Mrs Min room and put it on the table, she looks at Mrs Min with smile on her face and greet her politely.

She often come her to play and help Lisa with her study and she also close with Mr and Mrs Min, they like her second family already. Jennie have a long talk with Mrs Min after feeding her since she hasn't been visiting for 3 month, Jennie state the reason why she haven't visit her and how she's doing with study and almost graduate soon. Jennie also tell her about her relationship with Lisa, how well Lisa take care of her and how sweet Lisa is when they together before Mrs Min fall asleep.

Jennie wait for Lisa at living room, sitting on the couch and play with her phone. Then she heard a sound of the door open and walking towards the door as she knew it was Lisa who came, she hugged Lisa before pulled her down to kiss her lips.

"Wow princess come and greet me with such a sweet kiss, are you that happy to see me?" Lisa put her hands around Jennie waist and give her a big smile. "Well.. I was actually checking you out, scanning if there's any trace of other on my prince" Lisa chuckle when heard that and exchange look with Jennie.

"I still want to live so I can love you more everyday and I don't want to be on tomorrow news" they both laugh before Jennie dragging Lisa to sit on the couch next to her. "So what's the importance news that you want to talk that we can't discuss on the phone?" Lisa put her right hand behind Jennie shoulder and her left hand pushing Jennie jawline slow and gentle to face her.

"That night that we kiss, one of my neighbor saw us but not clearly since it was dark" Jennie grab Lisa left hand and hold it tight. "I think it's not safe for me to come to you at late night anymore or even to come at daylight" said Lisa.

"No, you can. Just don't stop at that spot again, let's meet at the park"

"It's far from your house, what if something happens to you when you about to get there? It's dark and it's not safe for you since you beautiful and sexy and cute and att-" Jennie put her index finger on Lisa mouth cutting her talk.

"Then come to my house" Lisa looks at Jennie with a questionable face, before Jennie doesn't want her to come to avoid any suspicious from Mrs Kim and now Jennie want her to come.

"I know you confused that's why I came to tell you that my mom might accept our relationship" Lisa look more confused than before.

"This morning my mom heard about the rumour that two girls kissed at our neighborhood which is happened to be us but they don't know it is us and since we talked about that gay issue, I asked for her opinions and she doesn't hate gay people just don't understand them because she never met one. So I was thinking maybe we or me, can help her understand better" explain Jennie.

"So..you want to come out to your mom by inviting me there?"

"No. I don't think I can do it since my mom also doesn't ready to accept gay people" Jennie look down and Lisa caressing Jennie hands.

"She said she's glad it wasn't me who they saw that night and when I looked at her face, I know she really mean it and if she knows that her daughter also date a girl, I can't imagine how broken she is and how sad her face will be" tear start to fall from Jennie face as she thought of Mrs Kim. Lisa who saw her girlfriend crying grab her body and hug her tightly.

"Are you regret for being with me?" asked Lisa. "I don't.. I love you and my mom" Jennie buried her face into Lisa chest and try to control herself. "Then it's ok. We can slowly make your mother understand, I also don't want you to have bad relationship with her because of me and I won't put you on the edge to choose between us because I know we both important to you. So stop crying and stop worrying, I will always be there for you and I won't leave you. Never" Lisa petting Jennie head softly and kiss the top of her head.

Jennie pulled out from Lisa embrace after calmed down "thank you". Jennie excuse herself to toilet to fix herself then come back with a bright smile as if nothing happened. "Let's eat, you must be hungry and tired after work" Jennie take out the fried chicken and bulgogi that she buy.

"I'll eat if you feed me like you feed my mom" Lisa open her mouth. "Then I have to put a tube on you too" tease Jennie. "Meanie" Lisa pout her cheek and turn her face. "Aigoo... You so ugly when sulking. Here open your mouth and close your eyes" Lisa smiled and facing Jennie with open mouth and eyes shut, Jennie quickly give Lisa a peck on her lips making Lisa shocked and open her eyes.

"Is that a dinner for tonight or a dessert after this?" Lisa look at Jennie with naughty face. "Silly girl" Jennie push Lisa face after put in a small piece of bulgogi into Lisa mouth. "Oh yeah I forgot to tell that mom invite you to dinner, so if you agree and have any free time let me know and I'll tell her" said Jennie and take another bite of bulgogi.

"Sure, I'll let you know" said Lisa while chewing the meat. "Lisa let's take a picture" Lisa look at Jennie puzzle. "To show my mom since she hasn't meet you for a long time" explain Jennie. "Who's fault is it, I wonder" Lisa laugh after Jennie glare at her and smack her arm.

"Your face look pale Jennie"

"And you don't look good at all"
