[2]The day after

"Ugh, is it morning now?" I mumbled as I feel the sunlight shines onto me. "yes, it is morning right now, sleepy head". My friend Yuujin said while sitting beside me on the bed I'm sleeping on.

"I don't remember what happened, why am I sleeping over at your house?" I asked curiously asI don't remember wanting to stay at his house, not in my memories anyways. As soon as I asked that question, Yuujin's face went grim for a second, but his face goes back to his usual face immediately. "Oh c'mon, is your memory that bad? I'm sure you'll remember it soon, let's head for breakfast, I'm getting hungry from waiting for you to wake up." Yuuji said while half chuckling.

"Alright, let's get the breakfast" I replied.

"Oh hello, Kounna, here's your breakfast." Yuujin's mom said as she hands me a plate of breakfast. "Thank you,  Mrs. Dachi." I said happily after receiving the plate. It seems like Mrs. Dachi has cooked my favourite meal, Wow, I'm so glad I lived. I eat the breakfast happily, it's one of the best breakfast I've ever tasted in my life. Hmm, it seems strange, why does Yuujin and his mom seems a little sad, or maybe it's just my feelings.

"Ah, that was so good." I said happily after having finished my breakfast. "I'm glad you like it, anyways Kounna, your, uh...parents told us to have you stay here for a few more days." Yuujin's mother told me, with a slight tone of sadness.

"Why?" I asked curiously. "Well, stuff came up, and since you're already here, why not stay for a few more days?" Yuujin's mother answered.

"Ok." I said happily, it's been awhile since I've stayed in Yuujin's house, I guess a few more days isn't that bad.

"Wait,  SCHOOL, I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT SCHOOL, YUUJIN, WHY DIDN'T YOU REMIND ME ABOUT SCHOOL AND WHY ARE YOU NOT PREPARING TO GO TO SCHOOL?" I asked Yuujin in a slight irritated tone.

"Well, school is off today, because something happened." Yuujin told me.

"Oh, is that so...I guess I'm gonna go take a nap upstair then, wake me up when it's time to have lunch."

"You got it." Yuujin told me in a playful tone.

Welp, today's been a weird day, not only do I have to spend a few days here, school is closed? today is a great day, welp, time to head to the dream lalaland.

"What, what's this, fire? why's there fire? mommy? daddy? where are you??"

"KOUNNA, STAY BACK, IT'S DANGEROUS HERE, GET OUT OF THE HO-"

"MOMMY, NO, NO, THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING, YOU CAN'T BE BURN-"

Ugh, what was that, why did I dream of such bad thing, that's weird.

"Kounna, you're finally awake, I was planning to wake you up for lunch but you slept so soundly, I didn't know what to do, so I just decided to let you keep on sleeping." Yuujin said half-laughingly

"Idk Yuu, I had a really bad dream, about fire."I told him about my dream, as soon as he heard that, his face went pale for a second.

"Ugh, Yuu, is there something wrong?" I asked curiously

"N-nah, nothing is wrong, c'mon let's go get dinner."

"Umm, I think I need to get some stuff back from my home, after all I haven't changed clothe"

"NO, I mean, I'll get you it, you just stay here." Yuujin told me.

"Uh, don't worry, I'll get it myself." As soon as I said that, I prepare myself to go back to my house.

"I'll come with you..." Yuujin told me.

"ok."

Hmm, this is weird, why are there so many cars around my house? my house..it's burnt, it can't be.

"I didn't want to let you see this again Koun-" Before Yuujin could finish his sentence, I screamed "YOU-WHY DID YOU HIDE THE TRUTH JUST BECAUSE I HAVE AMNESIA, I DON'T CARE ANYMORE." as soon as I finish that sentence, I went running, I don't know where I'll go, but hopefully, far from this nightmare, I wish to be able to escape this nightmare
