Kat's Day Out (Choose your own path story)

Kat skimmed the crowd again. She saw a tall person sticking out further into the badly lit room.

"That's him!" she though as she started her way through towards Rowoon. Idols turned their heads to look at her as she passed them and she couldn't help but feel self conscious. She grabbed the person's hoodie and he turned around to face her. It wasn't Rowoon. The guy was wearing a mask and he had a sword hanging around his waist. They stared at each other for a moment. Then the stranger grabbed her wrist and lead her in a hurry to an empty side hall.

"Stop! What are you doing!" Kat tried to free her wrist. The stranger faced her again.

"SSShh! it's okay. What are you doing here? you're normal aren't you?"

"Normal? What's that supposed to mean? Who even are you?" Kat replied, confused.

"You need to get out of here, it's dangerous!"

"Let me go, creep!" Kat yanked her wrist away. Then she ran towards the main hall and bumped right into Rowoon.

"Wow! There you are! I've been looking for you, for a moment there I thought you'd bailed on the party" He said, obviously happy to see her. "You wanna dance?"

"There was this weird guy that grabbed my wrist and told me I should go home, that it was dangerous here?" Kat said

"What? Who was that?" He asked

"I don't know, he was wearing a mask"

"Weird, let's stick together tonight so he doesn't come back." Rowoon said reassuringly and put his hands on her shoulders.

"Thanks" She smiled at him. "Let's dance then!"

They dance around for a while and were having great fun. Suddenly the music stopped.

Rowoon and Kat looked at each other before they looked at the other guests. No one seemed to be bothered. They were all looking at the big door who had just been opened. The pair stared in silence as Yoongi, Jimin and V walked down the room towards the stage. The idols parted away from them and nobody spoke.

Kat leaned towards Rowoon. "What kind of party is this again?"

"To be honest, I don't know. I got invited by my group members. I haven't seen them for a while so I was just happy to come." He whispered back.

On the stage Yoongi stepped forward and spoke to the crowd of idols.

"I welcome all of you to the annual gathering of the Moon Society of Vampire Idols. I have now served the title as your Lord successfully for five years and I intend to keep doing so. Honestly, who can rival me at this point?"

"I can!" a person shouted from the crowd. "It's time for you to loose the title Moongi! I challenge you to a Defending"

"Zuho?!" Rowoon said, loud enough for the nearest people to hear.

Zuho stepped out of the crowd, his finger pointed right at Moongi. The two idol vampires stared at each other for a good moment. Then Moongi jumped onto Zuho, tagging him violently to the ground.

"No! what the hell are they doing!?" Rowoon was about to run towards them when he was grabbed by the shoulder. It was the masked stranger.

"Don't do it. Zuho can defend himself" He said

The fight was getting more violent by the second. But Zuho seemed to be getting the upper hand. Finally he had his hand on Moongi's throat, demanding him to give up. The masked stranger still stood in front of Rowoon holding him back. Everyone held their breath. It seemed to be over, Moongi had no other choice but to give up now. Or so it seemed.

With one quick movement he swept his feet and kicked Zuho so hard that he stumbled back. He jumped, charged at Zuho and just ripped his left arm off. The crowd gasped. Zuho fell to to the ground, unable to move.

"No one can rival me!" Moongi shouted in victory, holding Zuho's arm high in the air. Then a fight broke loose. Idols were going against each other left and right.

Rowoon and Kat were frozen stiff of fear.

"Shit!" The masked stranger shouted. "That wasn't supposed to happen!" He turned to face them. "You two need to get out of here! Run!"

He pushed them hard so they could snap out of it. Then he grabbed the handle of his sword and ran towards the center of the fight. Kat shook her head. He was right, they needed to get out. She grabbed Rowoon and tried to get him to run. But he stopped her.

"You go, I need to get Zuho!" then he ran into the crowd. Kat was terrified. She turned around and ran towards the exit by herself. She almost made it to the door when a group of familiar faces blocked the way. It was GOT7.

"No one leaves the room right now" JB said in a low but scary voice. Their vampire level was out of the roof. Bambam and Jackson grabbed her by the arms. She tried to fight them off but it was no use.

"You're even weaker than me" Bambam said in a mocking tone. Then he stopped to really look at her and his expression changed. "Guys, she's human"

His members looked at Kat in astonishment. Then they laughed. "Should we do something about it?" JB and Yugeom approached her slowly. She thought that in any other scenario, this would be a dream come true.

"Fangs off!" Rowoon, along with the rest of SF9, attacked the group. He was holding the strangers sword in his hand and some of the members were carrying Zuho between them. He slashed at Bambam who instantly let her go and retreated.

"Honestly, she's not worth my fingers" he said before disappearing into the fighting crowd of idols.

Rowoon grabbed Kat's arm and they ran through the door, up the stairs and out of the building. They kept running like crazy to the next bus stop where they finally caught their breath. Then they looked at each other and started laughing in complete hysteria.

"What just happened?!" Kat asked.

"So apparently my group mates are all vampires. Sorry about that." He said

"It's cool" Kat said. "I like vampires".
