Chapter 4 - Miku's twin?!

Merry Christmas 2014 for all my readers! I know i don't have that many readers, but still. i hope i will gain a lot of readers and hope that they will enjoy the story until the end! i'm still a starter so..i sorry if i'm bad at writting..

Lukim's POV

Why are the Vocaloids defending me again? I don't even know.

"Just let her in!"

"I'm sorry but we can't."

"I promise you! she's no harm to us!"

"I said, we can't."

Not long, this turned into a huge argument. shoot...this is all my fault!

"What are you gonna do if we let her in?"

"I'll have to report the creator."

"Don't you dare!"

Suddenly, a man voice came, "enough!" and all of them became quiet. i looked at the direction where the voice came from and saw a tall man. "creator.." i heard Miku said. the so called 'Creator' looked at me for awhile then looked at Kaito, "Kaito, who is this girl?" the creator said, pointing his finger to me. "o-oh, this is Lukim. She's a friend." Kaito explained, looking scared. "and why did you brought her here?" This time, the creator asked Miku. "i was just thinking of giving her a chance to be in this industry!" Miku replied, a big smile on her face. wait what? i didn't sign up for this! "a chance of givin her a chance?" the creator copied, looking shock. but that shocked face quickly turned into a smile. "sure, why not." The creator replied, a big smile in her face. "but she still isn't an official, she needs to pass a test." The creator continued. A TEST?!

"Great! thank you Creator!" Miku shouted, happily hugging her creator. "just keep practicing, all of you." The creator ordered, getting a 'yes!' from everybody. "guards, she will be no harm now! in yo faceee!" Len teased the guards. "Len, manners." Rin said to her brother, acting like an adult. "as if you're an adult, Rin!" Len teased back. "Lukim, follow me." the creator ordered me, making me twitch a little. "y-yes!" i replied, catching up with him. "good luck Lukim!" i heard Miku shouted, waving with a big smile in her face. instead, i gave her the 'you put me into this!' face, giving her the creeps.

I followed the creator into a room that looks like a singing station. do i have to sing?! i'm not good at it! "would you mind to sing a song? any song." the creator suddenly said, sitting on a chair. i guess i have no choice..what song do i sing?

I cleared my throat and got the creator's attention. "can i just sing the chorse?" i asked before singing. "sure. just sing," he said, with a slight of smile on his face. i opened my mouth to start singing, " Meruto tokete shimaisoo. suki da nante zettai ni ienai..." I started to sing. when i saw the creator making a face where you just realized something. i was getting worried, what if my singing is bad? " dakedo...meruto me mo awaserarenai. koi ni koi nante shinai wa watashi.. " i continued. the creator's face just gets weirder and weirder. " datte kimi no kotoga ... suki nano." I ended my singing. the creator didn't say anyrhing. "um...hello?" i asked, my face full of worry. "o..oh! uh..wait here for a while. please, take a seat." the creator insisted. so i did. he left the room with that.

Miku POV

I wonder how's it going with the test? i wondered that while practicing and lost my balance, " e-eek!" I closed my eyes and waited for my fall.. but i didn't. i opened my eyes to see what happened. "hey Miku, you should focus!" .....Kaito saved me. "o-oh..arigatogozaimasu. i awkwardly stood up. i took a peek on Kaito's face and i swear i saw a bit of redness on his cheek. "from the top!" the producer announced. Kaito and i quickly get to our places and practice our duet.

A few minutes later, i saw one of the creator came out of the singing station. "c-creator! how's the test?!" i quickly ran into him. "...i need to talk to the manager." He left with that answer. "huh? t-the manager?!" i reflexly said that, getting Luka's attention. "what's wrong, Miku?" she asked me, worry on her face. "oh..n-nothing.." i answered that. "are you sure?"

"...Yes"

"...Miku, i'm your friend. i know there's something that's bothering you."

I know that Luka is my best friend. maybe i should tell her. "the thing is..just now i saw creator walking out of the singing station. he said that he wanted to talk to the manager. what if Lukim is in danger and it's all my fault?" My eyes started to tear up. no, i can't cry! i don't want to look weak! "the manager?...maybe he's gonna ask the manager if we can keep her." Luka answered with a smile. "you're saying it like Lukim is a pet, Luka!" I teased, smiling. i knew Luka can make me smile and laugh. "heh..yea?"

"Yea!"

Before long, the creator interrupted Rin and Len who was practicing. "*ahem..* good morning everybody, i've got a huge announcement to make." he started off. "we all know that you were originally formed as a cyborg." he continued. Oh Vocal..i don't want to remember that! "And i never tell you all but before we formed Miku..we were planning on something.." he hesitated for a minute. "We were planning on making a twin of her." he continued. i was so shocked. "t-twin...of me?" i reflexly repeated him. "yes..but we had to shut her down." He replied. my eyes was tearing up again. but i had to hold them back.

I froze for a minute. i couldn't hold my tears back. "w...why did you..hide this...from me?" i said, sobbing a little. "i'm sorry Miku.." the creator apologized. i kept on sobbing and sobbing. why did they hide this from me?! That line keeps on swimming inside my head. "Why did you shut her off anywways?" Meiko asked, rubbing my back. "because..there was an accident."

"What do you mean?"

"She...she was just a test subject for her twin, Miku."

Plot twist! tell me if this is still not long enough! although..i'm in grade 6 so i'm sometimes busy...i may not be able to update sometimes. sorry for that. by the way, if you guys don't get what he means by saying, "she was just a test subject for her twin, Miku." he means that this once vocaloid Lukim, was just a test subject to create Miku, her twin.
