The next day, you were slumped into the corner, asleep, head lolled to the side on your shoulder. You were exhausted, from the time of waking, and luring the poor innocent man to his death, from the hours spent making Foxy shiny, soft and new. You slept almost the entire day away up to the point where Foxy had shoved you awake.
"U-u-up lassie," He growled, shoving you out of the cove and closing the curtain, leaving himself alone in there while you were half awake and in the dining room.
"He...hello?" you called, blinking rapidly to wake yourself.
"Human!" Bonnie called, seemingly happy. If that's possible for a robot.
"AH!" You yelled as he picked you up and spun you around happily, gears clicking loudly.
"Hu-human, come listen to my n-new song!" He ordered, taking your hand and lifting you off the ground while bringing you to the stage.
You stumbled after him, wincing at the grip on your wrist. After you sat and looked up at the rabbit as he grabbed his guitar and started stringing up the cords, he started to sing along with the music.
You grinned and clapped when he was done. He did a bow before putting the guitar back and sitting next to you.
"How is l-life with the fox?"
You shrugged with a wince from the pain from your shoulder but covered it up.
"As good as life will get from here."
"Right," Bonnie said, looking to the cove, "Well, he is waiting f-for you to return, so, bye."
You nodded and got up, limping back to the cove and climbing in, looking around for the fox.
He was in the corner, sitting and waiting.
"H-here lassie," He said, slightly low,
You walked forward slowly, holding onto the pained area of your shoulder while doing so. Next to him was a tool box, small pamphlet, and bowl of used oil.
"Uh...what's this?"
He chuckled, the oragne glow from his eyes growing brighter as you came closer and stopped in front of him.
"Y-ye are go-go-goin to f-f-fix me v-voice box, l-lass."
You shivered at the thought of being that close to him once more. Flashing back to when you wiped the blood from his hook. Your blood, Zack's blood. Taking a deep breath, you nodded at the fox, ready to take on the new challenge. Anything to get on it's good side. Your escape depended on it entirely. You knelt down next to the items and started by reading through the pamphlet. In it was everything, literally, everything, about Foxy. His programming, his parts, all of it.
"L-l-lassie, I b-b-be shutting down before y-y-ye start, good luck," Foxy warned before the gears stopped and the fox went completely silent
You took a deep breath and indulged yourself back into the book and read. Soon an hour had passed by and you were still studying, making sure you onew exactly what you were doing. If you made one single mistake and the other animatronics came in, you'd be dead meat.
Clicking your tongue, you started on taking the fox apart, such as removing the mask and torso pieces, and taking out the box to find the problem with it.
"No wonder they glitch so much," You whispered, taking note of how dirty the endoskeleton was.
Taking your time, you realigned the wiring of the small box, twisting the copper threads into the correct positions on the small circuit board. Next, you decided to clean the entire body, correcting the placements of loose bolts and screws and cleaning the dirt and oil from the metal.
Past the time the morning bell sounded and into the day, staying as quiet as possible, you worked, sweat dripping from your forehead as you worked. For some reason, you felt more ill then normal, but shook it off and finished the job before the end of the day and replaced everything back onto their correct places before slumping down in exhaustion.
You decided to take off your shoes, but gasped at the swollen area. Your ankle was bruised blue and purple, showing through your skin easily as you gingerly touched the area, wondering how long it had been like that.
"How am I going to fix that?" You wondered aloud, covering it back up before laying on the cold stage and falling asleep.
Twelve. Twelve night guards had died already. A month had passed by from the repair of the fox. He had shown no sympathy yet and hadn't thanked you for it, making you slightly angry at him. Your ankle was still not healed, and for some reason, your shoulder and arms ached painfully. You were covered in dirt and dust, hair disheveled and messy. There wasn't a shower in the building, so you were filthy and stench ridden.
"Human!" Bonnie called, summoning you into the stageroom.
You limped in slowly and made your way to the stage.
"Yes, Bonnie?"
"There will be another new guard tomorrow night, be ready, alright?"
You nodded and left. How you didn't want another man to suffer, why must they be given pain?
You looked around and saw not one of the animatronics near, so you rushed into the office and closed the doors behind you, then picked up the phone, and pushed the record button.
"H-hello? Hello! This is a recorded message for you, um, about the job shift for you tonight, the usual, blah blah blah, um, to get you started, welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza!" You said, trying to make it seem official, "We are glad to have you working here, but just a few facts for you to know, um, the animatronics tend to get a bit quirky, at night, so if they start to move, here are some tips! Keep an eye on the cameras, and if they get near, just close the doors until they leave. Apparently, some employees say they see a ghost wandering around of a girl, just ignore it, uh, don't leave the office until the 6 am bell. Um, that should be all, so good luck!"
After hanging up the phone quickly, you raced from the office as fast as possible while injured and went back to the cove, where the fox was inactive and fell asleep.
