Hana was taking a different route home, she didn't want to think about anything, she needed to find Izuku. On her way home a bottle fell on her head, causing the lid to come undone. The girl took a small amount of time to let herself think, but before she could understand the situation, a sludge started to suffocate her. Izuku was walking home after finding out that All Might is a fraud, when he sees smoke. Being the hero he is, he ran straight to the scene to see something horrific. Hana was being suffocated by the villain All Might should have brought in. Izuku wasted no time and made a new quirk, rubber, he can stretch his body in anyway, but colder temperatures cause him to stiffen. He ran in and stretched his arm out to grab her, the sludge saw how his meat shield was gone and ran at Izuku. Izuku was all ready angry, and he used his heat vision to boil the sludge, it screamed before becoming a puddle. The boy helped a half conscious Hana to her feet and started his way to her home. Being oblivious to the fact that someone saw him. There wasn't enough time for it to escalate into there being a crowd or cameras, but a skinny All Might had seen what happened, and now was confused.

Izuku made it to the gates of the Todoroki household while helping Hana to walk, she was obviously disoriented from the sudden attack, but was thankful to be saved. Once he made it to the gates her older sister came out, Izuku knew absolutely nothing about the Todoroki's. The older girl took the younger one inside after Izuku said good bye, neither of them saw a white haired girl staring from the window. As Izuku finished the walk to his house, he heard something in an alley, he decided to check it out. He sat on a trash can and listened closely, it was a conversation between his sister and All Might, judging by their voices from saying hi to each other. Izuku decided that this would be very important information, "Young Yagi! I would like to offer you my quirk, but first you must know something!" All Might deflated and looked at her, she screamed, "Dad!" Izuku knew what this meant, but kept listening, "That's right Izuma, now, do you accept my quirk?" "Yes, but why not give it to De-, I mean Izuku." That was also something Izuku was wondering about, "You see, your brother just hasn't shown as much heroic potential as you. He was an option, but he'd probably die if I gave him my power, you on the other hand. You are stronger then anyone else I know!"

Izuku walked away, if that pathetic excuse for a parent thought a bully was better than a hard working hero, than why would he want to be a hero? Their in it for fame, popularity, even All Might decided to give his quirk to Izuma, his twin sister that beat him up, instead of a possibly quirkless stepchild that wanted to be a hero. Izuku was feed up, he went in his house, then started packing everything essential in a suitcase. He even grabbed his allowance he saved since he started receiving it, while Izuma would spend it all on something as soon as she got it. Izuku had enough money for an apartment and some take out, at least until he could get back on his feet. He imagined a flight based quirk, and it let him sprout angel wings. Izuku also made a detection quirk called radar, he can scan for any sign of life in a two mile radius, letting him know what path to take. He was running away, and would become a hero everyone would know as Deadline, the killing vigilante. Izuku was having second thoughts, but that all changed when he heard the door open and listened closely, "Mom, I'm home." "Okay dear, I set three plates for dinner so wait till Toshi gets home." That was the last straw, Izuku always had to remind his own mom to set a plate for him, Izuku sprouted his wings and flew. It was a while before he made it to the other side of town, but once he landed he found an extremely cheap apartment and bought it.

The Yagi's ate in peace before the Todoroki twins arrived at their door, they both wanted to see Izuku, nothing odd about Hana, but it was out of character for Sakiya. None the less they let them in, telling them that Izuku was in his room, they got there and knocked a couple of times before opening the door to see an empty room. All his clothes were gone, the hero stuff was torn to shreds, and his bed was stripped clean. While they tried to figure out what happened, Hana saw a note, she read it in her mind and then crumbled, crying into her hands. Sakiya saw this and grabbed the note before reading it out loud, "Dear Yagi household, Fuck you. All you've ever done is ignore me, my pain, even my dreams. Don't play stupid either, I know your secret Toshinori. I want to say that I'm sorry, Hana, I know this will hurt you, but you need to be strong." The ice twin was a little mad that she wasn't in the note, but the Yagi's had heard her read the note. All of them stepped away and let the sisters be, they sat in the living room and talked about it, Inko said the first thing, "Why, why would he be so rude! I gave birth to him!" Toshinori sat up and said, "I might have something to do with that. He asked if a quirkless person can be a hero, and I said no to him. Then I saw him save the one twin, but I decided to give Izuma my quirk because Izuku could still get hurt. All Might was his idol, and he learned that the man behind the mask, his own father said he couldn't be a hero." Izuma wasn't to concerned about Izuku, he'd never make it on his own, he'd be crawling back in a day. They all froze when they felt a spike of cold and hot, they looked behind them to see Hana with fire covering her arms and legs, and Sakiya with ice spikes going from her feet to her knees. Both said the same thing at the same time, "How could you!"
