Quarantined together?

Like any other normal Saturday in the
Smith-jones household, Alice and Fp were in the kitchen making some breakfast for themselves.

They were all alone since Betty and Jughead bought a small apartment in New heaven so they can easily go to college.
Jellybean was visiting her uncle in Toledo and she's coming back next week.

They had the whole week off for now,since the spread of the Coronavirus has increased they didn't want to take the risk . Especially Fp he has been very cautious with what they do or touch. Even though his boss told him that he can still come to work even in this pandemic, but Fp wanted to stay with Alice at home.
Which Alice thought was so sweet, she was also very careful she bought a bunch of hand sanitizers , gloves and cleaning stuff that had cleansing chemicals and alcohol , she also called Betty And jughead to make sure that they're safe.

Alice was pouring orange juice in their cups while Fp was putting the pancakes on their plates.
When he placed the plates on the table he walked to Alice from behind and wrapped his hands around her waist as he slowly kissed her neck.
"Mhmm" she said enjoying his touch which made a smile crack on his face.
"Mhm" he said as he chuckled and kissed her cheek then turned her around staring at her beautiful ocean eyes.
"I would love to keep looking at that handsome face of yours but I'm hungry" Alice said and Fp chuckled at that
"Okay come on then let's eat" he took her hand in his as he lead her to the table.

After they finished and cleaned the mess that they made. Fp's phone started ringing
He looked at the caller's id
"Elina" he read and thought about if he should or shouldn't pick up.

Eventually, he picked up with a nervous face that didn't go unnoticed by Alice.
"Hey" Elina said
"Hi" Fp answered with a low voice, he never had that good sister-brother relationship with her she always reminded him of his father she never hit him or anything but the way she acted just made him uncomfortable. He knew that deep down there's good in her but the people that she dated or called friends always lead her to the wrong side of the track he always hoped that she would find someone who would help bring out the good in her.

But unfortunately that never happened, and now she's dating someone called Seth he knew that guy. He was the ladies man, not the respectful type. the one that only wants to date hot "chicks" and prefers looks over personalities . Fp never liked him because he had a bad influence on his sister but he couldn't do anything because his sister said that she liked him and she's happy.

"So me and Seth were going to Greendale but our car broke can we crash at yours for a bit ?"
Elina said blankly but Fp could sense the hesitation in her voice.
"Ya sure" he said in the same tone because he really wanted to do something special with Alice tonight but he also couldn't leave his sister in the road even if she wasn't the best still.

After Fp ended the call Alice was right next to him waiting
"Who was that?" She asked and heard him sigh
"Um it's Elina" he said trying to figure out her face expression.
"Is everything alright?" Alice asked as she held his hand to give him some sort of comfort.
"Elina's car broke near Riverdale she's staying here with us for a few days" Fp said looking at Alice waiting for her reaction she didn't mind his sister staying with them even though Elina always picked fights with Alice over nothing.So when Alice didn't say anything he continued
"Seth and her will be here in an hour or something" Fp said carefully and that's when Alice's head snapped to the side
"Seth?" She asked clearly not happy about it as she walked to the couch and sat followed by Fp .
"I know" he said more like a sigh
Alice rolled her eyes then looked at Fp
"That's exactly what I needed " She said sarcastically then noticed the expression that was on Fp's face, she knew him too well to know that he's blaming himself for not asking her first.
Alice's face softened a little ,she raised her hand up to his cheek and stroked it gently.

"Don't" Alice said which made Fp look back at her.
"Don't what?" Fp said looking clueless , but no she saw right through him she knew he was acting stupid.
"Fp" Alice said as she slowly tilted her head to the side which brought a sigh out of Fp's mouth.
"I'm sorr-" Fp started with guilt filling his eyes.
"No, no you don't have to be sorry" Alice was quick to interrupt him she couldn't stand watching him taking a blame for something he has no control over.
"It's fine baby" Alice said giving him a warm smile.
"She is your sister, no matter what happens she will always be, you're helping her when she clearly needs it! You're doing the right thing" She said in the sweetest and warmest voice that made his heart melt.
"You know that I love you right?" Fp said with a beaming voice. He appreciated her support and she knew it
"How can I forget with you reminding me everyday?" Alice said smiling which brought a very proud smile on Fp's face.

Fp  laid his head on her lap and cuddled into her, feeling the need of her presence and warmth. She was stroking his brown soft curls slowly and he was melting under her touch. She knew it always eased him.

"How are you feeling about this?" Fp asked in a sleepy voice he still can't understand how much her touch could have such an affect on him.
"How are you feeling?" Alice asked feeling that it was unnecessary to make this about her and she also didn't want to open up about this specific topic.
"I'm enjoying the feeling too much to ruin it by talking about her I just wanna hold you right now while you start talking about how is the princess feeling about this" Fp said with eyes closed but that smirk says it all.

Alice rolled her eyes fondly at him he could hear that eye-roll, he knew being called a princess annoys her but she lowkey likes it.

"It's just, she doesn't like me and that jackass of a boyfriend is fucking weird" Alice confessed and Fp cracked a little smile at the end.
"She likes you Al, you just know how Elina acts sometimes plus how can anyone ever not like you?"  Fp asked giving her a supporting smile as he opened his eyes looking straight at hers while she continued to stroke his hair.
"I mean you have a point I'm adorable" Alice said and Fp chuckled at that
"Yes you really are".

Fp really wanted things to work out between the ladies,He always saw how Elina treated Alice and he hoped that she would stop because Alice dose not deserve this.
It all started well between Alice and Elina when him and Alice first got together they even hang out together without him they were good friends. He even noticed how Elina was much better and nicer after hanging with Alice.
But when they broke up it got a little complicated, Alice left the serpents without a slight goodbye really upset both Elina and Fp. That's when Gladys used her chance and got in both of their heads.

Fp only dated her because he wanted to fill the emptiness that Alice left in his chest and it hurt him like hell seeing her moving on with Hal Cooper. So that's when Gladys crawled into his life like the bitter snake she is.

She played with Elina's head, turned her to a completely different person, made her meet bad people. She just kept filling her head with those hateful, vengeful thoughts about Alice.
And she only believed it because she couldn't believe that Alice left without saying anything it really hurt.

"Let's just hope that everything goes well" Alice said wanting to believe her words.
"How about-" Fp was cut off by a door ring
Both of their heads snapped at the door, Alice held Fp's hand and quickly got up.

They rushed to the door , with a nervous hand Fp opened the door slowly.

"Alice smith?" The mailman asked
"Yes" Alice said releasing the breath that she had been holding.
"Here's your package ma'am, I'll need you to sign here"

She took the package and placed it on the table.
"I really thought-" once again, a knock was heard cutting Alice off
" I swear if that's another one-" Alice said angrily while walking to door and opening it,Fp right behind her.

"Elina"
