On a NEW York radio station had announced of a possible Lennon tour of a few city's in the United States.
And on April 3 1999 tickets go on sell for two shows in New York for May 23 1999.
In London at EMI former band mate Paul McCartney has just finished up his new album with Elvis Costello.
The album is entitled " a TOUGH of GLASS".
On May 7 1999 McCartney announced a tour of Great Britain and the United States.
McCartney tour of America will reach New York. City on July 11 and the 12 for two shows.
It's reported in the press that both Lennon and McCartneys shows are only 4 days apart.
