I look out the window to see all the starts glistening, surrounding the moon with the beauty they hold, who knew that they could look so close that you could touch them but yet be so far out of your hand's grasp. I shiver as i open the window to get a better view, i look up to moon before my eyes shift over to the horizon, so many memories that cause so much pain. A single tear falls upon the window sill, i close my eyes for a moment before looking back to the empty bed that used to hold two people but now only holds one, another tear escapes my eye as i walk over to my wall dedicated to the one i love.

Photo's and letters cover the wall, not abit of wallpaper could be seen, i trace my hand over an envelope, i never opened it because i was scared of what i would find but i can't let fear get in the way, it has got to me before and i'm not going to let it happen again.

'Dear, Charlotte

If you are reading this, i must of passed.

I just wanted to say that i love you, i know i have said it probably a million times but i don't think i say it enough, life is too short to be wasted and i intended to live in every moment until i died, and to make those moments more perfect, i wanted you to be with me. I wanted to live my last breath with my hand in yours, so i can go knowing that i have lived my life just the way i wanted, and i am sure you did, i thought of you almost every second of everyday, your the reason why i held on for so long, your the reason why my life was complete and i just want to say thank you for staying with me through everything, you really are something special.

I want you to be happy, happier than you were with me. I want you to find someone new, to create a family with them, to care for them as much as you cared for me, just promise me that Lottie, even if i'm not there to hear you see it, promise me you will move on becuase you deserve happiness and that's all you ever gave me, happiness and a new kind of hope.

Create a new star Charlotte and make sure it never has it's last breath.

I love you more than words could ever say Lottie, you are and always be my little shooting star.

love George xxx

Move on? how can i move on? he gave me so much to remember, i can't recreate those moments with someone new, i just can't. Tears make my vision goes blurry, i am about to put the letter back when; even when my vision is blurry, i see something sparkle in the moonlight, i look in the envelope as i spot a ring, i pick up the infinity ring and look at the ingraving 'to my little shooting star' a faint smile appears on my lips as i look out the window to see a star shine brighter than any others.

I slip the ring on my ring finger on top of my engagement ring as i walk back over to the window, i stick my head out and look at the bright star.

'I won't ever forget you George, you know that right? but i will find someone knew if it will make you happy, i promise'

My smie widens as a shooting star catches my vision 'i love you too' i whisper before closing the window and climbing in bed and drifing to sleep.
