The sound of a bustling city.
But a film and media media capital to be precise. Hollywood can it be called.....screaming of life and its brilliance in a theatric reel. The dark corner where the blinding lights couldn't reach. This figure could not describe the scape no matter how long she lived there and number of times her mind took a dive to understand it.
Life.
Everything relating to it.
She just created a void and it seem that now it was strong enough to break her out of her trance so she has one less of a limp to worry about.
Now the only limp there is, a body that does not belong to her. Gone cold.
Something has to be done about that. As fast as possible.
So gathering everything that was herself and her thoughts she sighs and flees the scene.
The responsible lady she is, she makes sure that she took all that belonged to her and leave what did not.
Her exit brings her to a flipped side of where she was once. The side that still could be viewed from the former so what could be called a totally different world.
It was an ocean. Of lights and noises.
And bodies.
Alive of course.
Ah people.
People really made her wish death upon them.
For one instant of her thoughts. Just one of many isntants she had at many points of her life.
She again drifted into initial thoughts as she was being suffocated in the crowds.
But she was bought back as a panick started to kick in.
Sharp and quick actions were made to book a means of transport.
"Good evening ma'am. This is Mac from EWBER you booked-"
"Yes"
"......Then you should be ms Ackerman right?"
"......mhm."
The short conversation only made the recievence of the customer awkward.
Is this what they call an "emo"? Being a millennial EWBER driver has enough crisis so may be he should not try to meddle with another one.For whatever it was, at least it was not another destruction machine alcoholic. Apparently they are the ones to make EWBER reputable.
And smelly, often throwing in the middle of the rides. They literally have marked every cab they have under their services.
Explains the name though.
While the driver enjoyed his only peaceful drive he would ever get in his career, the much small space and busy individual created the calm of an empty room where she would get herself upright and gathered.
The space was moving. So time went fast. In no time she was at her tranquil.
As she opened the door to her room, she plumped herself to bed, straight.
Her eyes remained open till she could.
This space travel costed her mind and body....
fatigue.
