Marya's POV

I was getting tired of waiting for him. Just when i was about to go to my room, the door bell rang. Asha was still sleeping so i went straight to the door. When i opened it, i was shocked to see Diego bleeding.

What happened to him?

I tried talking with him but it was of no use.

"Help me please," was his last words before he passed out.

I ran to the kitchen to get some water. With the water in my hands, i sprinkled on him while trying to wake him up.

"Diego. Please get up,"

"Marya,"

"Am here Diego,"

"Lucia is here. She will kill you. You need to hide,"

"Just forget about Lucia for now. You need to try and be alive. You are losing a lot of blood,"

As i was getting up to get the first aid kit, he held my hand and asked me to sit by his side.

"Marya, am sorry for what i did. I just came back in your life to make you mine. I really love you Marya. I love you,"

"Just be quiet for now. Let me help me out then we can talk later,"

I let go of his hand and ran to my room. I don't even remember where i kept the first aid kit.

I searched for it everywhere but i couldn't find it. I threw all the clothes on the floor just looking for the kit but still i couldn't find it.

Where could it be. I was so much restless.

I went to the study room still searching for it.

Why can't i find it?

While still searching for it, it hit my mind where it was. I kept it on the shelf. I brought the room stool near the shelf and climped on it to get the kit. I took it and ran back to the living room.

"Am back Diego " i said getting closer to him.

When i reached where he was, i couldn't believe what i saw. Asha was also on the floor. Close to Diego. She was lying on blood.

"Asha...get up dear. Get up and see daddy is here with us. Please dear get up. Move aside i need to help daddy get well. Please move aside Asha. Can't you here what mummy is saying?"

I moved closer to get Asha up. She acted different. Is she okay?

"Asha...."

I called her but she was responding.

"Baby get up. You can't leave your mummy like this,"

I tried waking her up but she was still in the same poster.

I went over to Diego and tried shaking him but still he wasn't responding too. What has happened to the both of them? None of them was responding to me.

I knelt closer to feel his heart beats. He was gone.

Nooo....

"Diego please get up. We were to talk. You can't leave just like that. Please hear me out Diego .....Asha, come wake daddy up. He can't hear me out. He is mad at me. Please come and wake him up for me,"

None of them was answering me.

I had lost them. Diego was dead. Asha was no more. She was the reason for my living. But why couldn't she fight for me? She promised me to stay forever.

Ashaaa ....

She has gone. Together with her daddy.

Who could have done this to me?
Lucia..

But i left her. I caused her no harm. Why did she decide to take all that meant life to me?

Even when i thought i could give love another chance, it was also taken from me.

I lost my parents. My Diego. He has always been mine. I have loved him all my life. Even when i was far from him, my heart would still beat for him. I wanted to give him a chance. But he was no more.

And Asha. She was everything to me. My world. My breathe. Asha was everything to me. My baby. My love. My dear. My little princess.

She meant no harm to anyone .

But why does Lucia hate me that much.

I just sat on the floor and stared at nothing. I moved a distance from the people i loved. I wanted to cry but i couldn't. Tears wouldn't bring them back.

I accepted defeat. And there was nothing else i could do.

I was of no importance to the world. I only lived for my Asha. And her absence meant i had no other reason to live.

I wish i knew all this would happen. I would never have accepted being friends with either Diego or Lucia.

I just wish i was on my own.

I wish i kept life to my own level.

I just wish....

But it's all gone. And it will never come back.

I lost it all. I was left with nothing else....

Nothing.....
