Author's note
Lemme tell you that Jane here doesn't know that the sides are gay, because she's new in town. She's def straight, but won't mind once she knows their true identity (or will she tho?)
Anw, this is not a life story of a fan girl swooning over Thomas Sanders (I won't expose myself that easily lol), if that was your initial thought, or if you haven't read the description for this story. This is a human au, a fluffy fanfiction, it will include the sides being shipped with each other and being shipped with the main characte--- i think i'm spoiling
Characters are owned by Thomas Sanders :)
Thank you for reading this ❤️
I accept criticism. (But please don't be harsh, I'm a bit of a softie)

Rainy days are usually associated with gloomy and sad feelings. With the dark clouds in the sky prohibiting rays of sunlight to enter and shine down the earth, only a site of grey colors can be seen. You can't even greet people walking on the streets with a smile since they're covering their faces with their hoodies or umbrellas.
This afternoon seems to be going with Jane's mood. As she rode the town's bus on her way home, she sat beside the window and stared through the blurry glass. She sighed, placed her index finger on it, and doodled a house. Jane added stick figures of people, three of them.
One was her father, beside him was her mother, and then young Jane. She felt like crying, but there aren't any tears left to fall. Instead, she let herself immerse with the rock music playing on her earphones.
The bus had finally reached her stop. She stood up, and as soon she stepped unto the aisle, Jane felt a light touch of a fabric behind her.
If the boy behind him wants to get pass through her, he could just say 'excuse me', but the boy kept his pace. Also, the bus isn't at all crowded, and only the two of them are getting out of it.
For Jane, it felt like a violation to 'personal space' because he was a little too close to her. Even almost touching her rear.
When the two of them finally got off the bus, Jane quickly pushes the boy towards the waiting shed.
"What gives?" She asks with an angry tone. Her eyes piercing to the other boy's. Her posture dominating the other.
"I--uh---there's.." the boy stammered finding the exact words to tell Jane. As a response, she gave him a what-look.
"Because, well.."
"Well what?"
"Youhaveastainonyourbackandidon'---"
"Hold up! What?" Jane changes, from being a tough teenage girl, to an embarrassed little girl. She placed her hands behind, trying to cover the stain.
"Here." The boy reached out his jacket to her, but Jane was too ashamed and wouldn't look straight.
"C'mon, take it. It's okay. I totally understand. I have a sister and it's, it's totally normal."
Jane still felt embarrassed, nevertheless she looked at the kind person in front of her. She took one hand out and took the offered jacket.
"T-thanks... I'm also, sorry." She said as she tied the jacket to her waist.
"No, it's actually my fault. It seems invasive, what I did, at the bus.. I could've just told you. " He said. "I'm sorry." The boy added.
Jane, on the other hand seemed to be distracted. She was studying this boy's features. She immediately notices his weird placement of black eyeliner, where the eye bags are, kind of like an emo. She also sees the color of his eyes, which is brown, although being behind a few purple strands of hair. His lips, his pale skin, his cheeks that are kind of turning red, maybe because of the cold weather and that he isn't wearing any jacket, being left with a long sleeve shirt. Jane quickly gets back to reality.
"Oh, but how would I return it to you?"
"Don't worry about it. But I guess, maybe when we meet again?" Jane thought of his statement as if this was like a movie. When will they ever even meet again? What is this? A movie? A love story? Will he be my lover?
"Uhm uh, I got to go. Okay? Bye." The boy said. Jane also felt she needed to go, the fact that her period is getting a bit heavy, and it seems like it's about to rain again. Even though she still wants to conversate with him.
The boy was about to leave, finger pointing to where he was heading to, but Jane stopped her.
"Hey. Uhm what's your name?"
"It's Virgil." He said with a smile then continued to walk away.
