"Well, all I can do is just staring at you. Your cosplay's great sure, but I want to do something because I'm bored..." You lamented. After hearing this, your sister then gives him 100$.
"Wait, what's with this, sis?" You asked,
"I know how you feel. You go ahead explore. Just remember to meet me at the udon shop on the second floor." She said while taking the katana you hold.
"Gee, thanks sis. I'll be back in an hour." You smiled and leaves to find something interesting. Your sister just smiles and continues her way to do more cosplay stuff.
Later,
You have 50$ remaining after buying a figurine of the character your sister is cosplaying. As you try to find another stop, you heard a shout,
"Hey, kiddo! Over here!"
You turn your head and sees a merchandise stall, with a hooded woman calling for you. You felt uneasy being a stranger calling you, but against your better judgement you go there anyways.
"Phew, I thought I never get a customer. Anyways, I have some interesting stuff to sell. See anything that pique your interest."
You then sees many items, mostly toys, but one thing that stand out is a Zero One Driver.

Yes, you are indeed a Kamen Rider fan. You watched Zero One and have a good knowledge of the show. You always enjoyed every time Gai/Thouser got curbstomped. Anyways, you picked it up and inspect it, which the seller took notice,
"Ah, I see you're interested with the Driver-"
"How much?" You immediately asked, surprising the seller,
"Wait, no question of the quality or..."
"I mean it's basically a toy, and I want to spend my 50$, so yeah." You answered. The seller regains her composure and takes the Driver,
"But regardless, this Driver comes with a Rising Hopper Progrise Key and both are made in a type of lightweight metal called Hiden Metal. You could say that it's high quality." She explains while holding the key, which could imply that the price is above 50$,

"Oh, so it's not 50 huh..." You said dejectedly and turns around, but the seller quickly holds his shoulder,
"Don't get me wrong, it is high quality, but since you're the only one who came to me, I'll take your 50. Heck, I'll even give you the Risephone too." She exclaimed and again hold something, this time with the Risephone.

"Not a little. So whatdya say? Do we have a deal?" Without any second thought, you put your 50$ on the table.
"I don't have anything else to buy, so yeah."
"Sweet! I'll go grab the bag!" And the seller goes under the desk to fetch her stuff. She then puts the briefcase and put the Driver, Rising Hopper Key, and the Risephone inside, and gives it to him.
"Here you go. Thanks for buying!"
You take the briefcase and leave. But after a couple of steps, you felt a heavy headache, and immediately faints. The seller smirks at the now unconscious and slowly vanishing boy,
"Second time of this month! Man, I'm on a roll~"
At the udon shop,
Your sister is sitting on her table, waiting.
"He should be here any second now..."
Somewhere around the orbit at the other world,
An inactive satellite is currently orbiting earth. It is inactive because the purpose behind it is considered a failure and can only orbit without any use. Today however, is the day when the failed satellite, Zea, activates for the first time after years of orbiting.

At an abandoned warehouse,
The warehouse is abandoned due to the project in it are considered a failure. However, underneath the dusty floor, a laboratory is slowly lit up. Inside is a large 3d printer, which is immediately printing something.
