Here it is!! Kon-chan! She is the "other character" I mentioned in my announcement.
Her name is uhm *cOuGH coUgH* similar to that of cOnAN edOgaWa-
Im sorry- qwq at first I was like "this is the perfect name!", but then when I said her name again and again, I thought "Wait that sounds familiar-" and I remembered Conan. T_T
Okay now here is all of her information:
Name (Full): Kon Ruuto Nickname: Kon-chan Age:7 or 8 (May change) Hair: Long, black/(Very) dark brown, slightly frizzy Eye (color):(Light/pastel) Green

• She usually wears a deerstalker (the stereotypical detective hat) and a monocle that she received as a present from her father. Has a great passion for sweets and anything that relates to crime.
• She wants to become a detective when she grows up. She watches a lot of crime shows and animes like "Case Closed".
• She (strangely) loves learning and excels in school. She reads a lot.
• She also really likes stuffed animals, hence her huge stuffed animals collection. Her favorite stuffed animal out of her whole collection is a stuffed bunny named Bunnie (バーニ) and a stuffed cat named Taro. (She calls the bunny Bunnie-san and the cat Taro.) -- Her favorite animals are both cats and dogs, but she likes cats better. --
• Personality: Energetic, cheerful, clumsy, reckless, adventurous, humorous, easy-going, light-headed. (That one bubbly main character-)
• Siblings/Family: She has one (older) brother named Hato. (She calls him "Nii-san", though.) She calls her mother "Okaasan".
• Yep, you guessed it! (Or not..qwq) She is the main character of this "story" that I'm making. Maybe, just possibly I could make it a webtoon? Once I've improved and have enough practice and confidence to make it, of course. I would also need to make sure that my schedule is cleared out or set up before I start anything.
I'm pretty sure that's all that I can tell you for now. I wouldn't want to spoil it for you if I do turn it into a webtoon/story/some kind of comic after all. ^^
