Kingdom

Salvation

Someone very special once told me something that I will forever keep within my heart and soul.

"Remember that when we die, we will be in the kingdom of heaven, and God will take care of us. It will be the most beautiful, peaceful place we've ever seen. On earth we are surrounded by evil, devil driven things, and people, but in heaven God does not allow those things or people to enter his kingdom. We will be safe, forever living in an afterlife that is surrounded by only the things and people God has created; the pure and beautiful things that we rarely see anymore. It will be perfect and something that even our minds couldn't picture. We have yet to see a world that only the hand of God has touch and created without it being altered." -B.H

You see this is something this world has been lacking; a pure substance for a brighter lifestyle. I have often worried that I myself have been altered, just so I can adapt in this ugly place we call home. However, my soul does not agree with the choices I make lately. Deep down I'm a child of God and the devil plays a great part in this world we live in. He hides in the darkness, underneath our beds, in our fears, in our closets, at work; anywhere we feel uncomfortable. For you see even the devil disguises himself as sheep in our flock.

We must keep true to our souls, to whom we are supposed to become. Sometimes in order to grow we must distance ourselves from everything and everyone, because sometimes we must silence the world with the tales they tell in order to stay isolated; to hear what our heart and soul tells us what is right.

I worry that God is unpleased with who I am becoming and worse who I am really supposed to be in his eyes. Have I forsaken him? Will he outcast me on judgement day because I have not used my full potential?

You see love is the movement and I have always acted in this manner, by loving all things, loving all people; even the ones unworthy in my eyes. God has taught us to always forgive when someone has hurt or shamed us, God is love and that has always been good enough for me. Love has always been what drives me in life. No soulmate, no other half, no flowers and chocolate; no man. Love is unconditional. Love is eternal. We must be full of love in ourselves to be able to share it with another soul.

God is love; he is everything beautiful in this world. We fall asleep with a wounded mind or heart, and wake up to the beautiful sight of God's creation; a brand new sunrise. When winter has passed and the snow starts to melt, there is nothing more beautiful than seeing that first flower blossom in the middle of what was once dead fields; God's little miracles.

There will always be evil among us in this world. There will always be God eternally in this world. You see just as that reference, we as individuals have not seen a life with only God in it. Evil is everywhere, and although we may fall off track love is always the answer to our souls troubled questions.
