Soon in the Forest, Stan made everyone training their powers since a certain accident.
Flashback:
Dipper sleeps softly in the bed with Willow and Mabel. Phoe-Phoe and Waddles sleeping on the sides of the bed protecting the trio.
Hours later.
The trio were tossing and turning with sweat pouring off. Dipper coughing up blood.
Dream:
Dipper was on Mabel's back. Willow's hand glowing in the dark void.
"Who are you!!! You are hurting my family!! Show yourself, coward!!", Willow screams. Dipper gasps weakly on Mabel.
"Don't free Bill!! Or he shall suffer!!", a voice yells back.
"flesrouy laeveR", Mabel casts with her eyes glowing. One side a bright ocean blue and the other a bright golden sun with life burning in both of them.
Soon the inky darkness vanishes revealing the entity of space and a six fingered Sphinx that Willow remembers so well.
"The Author", Willow gasps before shielding Mabel and Dipper.
"Idiots, he wants to destroy everything!!", Ford yells back.
"Author, he wants to destroy you. Before you corrupt more people!!", Willow screams blasting wind at him with full strength.
Dream Ends.
The trio awake to see a pale Wendy with her eyes glowing emerald and her hands on Dipper. Stan worriedly looking at them. "What happened?", He begs weakly. "The Author hurt Dipper and the Author plans yo hurt us as long as he could so Billy can't be free.", Willow says sharply.
Stan was silent. He sighs. He heads down to the hidden basement. Freeing his brother project was almost complete. One more charge of his lightening and his brother would be free. One more.
No, he needs to free Bill and his brother. And they better explain everything for hurting his kids or he shall tear them limp by limp apart.
So they trained and discovered. Soon all the kiddos wear amulets to keep their magic and bending in check. Wendy's:

Willow plays with her favorite machine. The vending machine with Dipper. Constantly testing combos to get snacks for free. The infinite numbers gave such a rush of joy. Mabel was off delivering newspapers and selling them with Waddles. Also with a few baked goods that Wendy and her baked.
It allows her to know all the latest news and gossip in town. Also everyone loves her even Pacifica who's like one of Mabel's bestest of friends with Candy and Grenda who visit all the time.
Willow was about to get Dipper's favorite snack when Phoe-Phoe distracted her by licking her toes causing her laugh hard and press the wrong combo. Dipper shrieks as the vending machine slides over revealing the elevator door.
"What?", Willow questions terrified. The shack was closed thankfully. Wendy grabs her axe and with the trio head inside.
They go down the elevator to see a lab with electric bolts flying insanely.
Dad!!! Dipper rants straight in even if a portal is literally open and two hands were sticking out. Both that were instantly recognized. Phoe-Phoe rushes to the black gloved hand trying pull itself free.
"Kids, get out of here!!", Stan screams weakly knowing that he can't stop. "No!!", Dipper holds himself on Dad, his eyes glowing soft emerald orbs. Willow touches her amulet and stretches out her left hand. Soon white chains fly out of them grabbing the two hands and Phoe.
Soon the white Sky Phoenix wings pop out of her back as she flies straight back completely freeing the two men. Soon the portal closes, Dad panting weakly. The chains instantly release. Wendy runs to Dad with Phoe and Willow. "Don't you dare!! Do that again!!", Wendy yells her eyes glowing the same with Dipper. Now Dad only needs some rest. Wendy places Dad on Phoe-Phoe who takes him straight to bed.
Then Wendy, Dipper and Willow turn looking at the men.
They both lay panting for air. One a sphinx known as Author. The other in a yellow and black suit with a black top hat and cane named Bill Cipher.
Bill stands up first. He looks at his surroundings completely shocked. "Wait, I'm free.", He says shocked with tears down his eyes.
"Billy!!", Willow cries running towards him with Dipper. They hug attack him. Bill was silent for a few seconds as the fall to the ground in the hug. Bill then smiles softly.
Ford then opens his eyes to see a Wendy towering over him. Her axe aimed at his throat. Her eyes glowing deep flames. "Author, you and Bill Cipher have a lot of explaining of the crap and B.S you put us through.", She says growling like a Titan. Her tail holds him down. Her wings basking in the terror with her horns.
