False promises, a realationship like the wind,
You didnt love me, you never did,
Broken for a while now, but not for what was said,More so how pathetic i was to think you gave a shit,
I am new. I am free. But in the ocean of moving on, sometimes i sink
Im strong, my worth high, better than anymans lie
the girl you once knew unrecognisable as part of this woman now, impowered by her life, her mind, her beauty
Enough to make a grown man sigh
She cares less forWhatever everyone wants,
Forgotton, even to herselfYou wont catch her crying, not even by an angry tone.
Somedays you may be on the edge of that cliff of nothingness, of self hatred, of unimaginable dispair
And
somedays you'll fall off
But
By some miracle everytime you climb back up, you hang on even if you dont know what for
and thats enough
You know that even in times of utter hopelessness, where time is lost in a starless sea,
You're the only hope for yourself
you're a dull-less star, honey- Inspired by a book i read called The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern
