(In order to take control of any situation or to work something out you must remain as calm as possible and have a clear mind to think.)
• when you feel yourself start to get worked up or getting scared pause everything and take a deep breath. If your rushing you have no time to get calm. Take your deep breath and relax your body.
• take your mind off the situation or talk to the person involved in the situation.
•talking allows your brain to say the things you need to let out and can help to fix any problem occuring.(Just remember to not take your own side 100%)
•in cases of being scared of something try doing things that may relax and calm your body.
•watch a funny movie, eat a nice snack, take a nice bath, listen to music, play with an animal, sun bathe, or whatever may help.
(Chances are if you are not calm other people can't be calm. If your freaking out because you are scared it makes it more likely for others to become scared and if you are frustrated or angry you will come off in a harsh way and cause a easy situation to become a train wreck)
Things to try for when you become frustrated or mad:
1. Do not yell. Instead try shooting rubber bands (or paper hornets) at things.
2. Force yourself to speak in a soft tone to work out the situation.
3. Eat ice cream.
4. Run until you become tired then you do not have the energy to be mad.
5. Practice your batting skills at the ball field.
6. Sing the one song that gets stuck in your head and once it gets stuck u just can't be mad.Things to try when a sad/bad situation is occuring:
1. Take your mind off of it .
2. Play some funny music, watch a movies.
3. Eat a comfort food.
4. Play with an animal.
5. Go on an adventure and make a scrapbook of things.
