Faster than Lightning, Stronger than Steel.

Episode 2

Kara came rushing back into catco and straight to cat "Ms.Grant I'm sorry I tried to get a little more out of him but he said it was under close investigation."

"Kara do you know why I sent YOU over there" Kara just awkwardly nodded no "cause you are an attractive young women who should be able to do something as simple as using yourrr...."charms" to make him more....convincing" Kara gave her a look of exasperation and shock.

"Ms.Grant!"

"What you think i didn't use my wiles to trick some close minded simpleton, they do the same so all is fair."

"Well I mean I did give a uh bit of a look you know, uhh hair flip" Kara chuckled and glanced nervously while fixing her glasses.

"Oh and so what stopped you from getting anything from him?"

"Uhhhh I just didn't wanna push any boundaries you know?" She chuckled with a scared grin.

"Mhmm and I want a butcher shop, covered wall to wall in pig meat and blood" Cat stood up and walked around her smashed desk, heading straight for the door "what i want is my room put back together when I get back, carpet needs to be three shades lighter and the curtains two ft wider!" Kara just followed her, marking everything down as she left.

"Yes Ms.Grant, right away." Kara responded.

"Good and learn to woo a guy, your highschool life must've been sad." And with that Cat went down her new #Private# elevator.

"Ouch, well that was unnecessary" Kara turned to see Winn grimacing "how'd it go with string bean?"

Kara gave him an annoyed look and went toward her desk "Winn, he knows the DEO, he's appearantly in the know,somehow." Winn gave a questioning look.

"How does he know about them?"

"He said cause he's a csi, which seeing how i can't go against him on that" Kara waved her hands up and down her body exasperated "still an assistant, being a journalist would have made that easier"

"Yeah, well im sure its cuz the central city police works with the flash so much." Kara sideways glanced at him questioningly "They like that guy here."

"Yeah well after that stupid red kryptonite, national city isn't too excited to have me."

"Look Kara im sure everything will blow over, in the meantime" he spun her around to a TV with the flash stop two cars being chased before the camera can catch it "thats who we should focus on."

"T-the Flash but why, I mean don't get me wrong it would be an absolute blast to meet him, but we have the break in and the new branch to work on!?"

"Yes, but think... who else but The Flash knows who too look after first?"

Kara slowly nodded her head side to side in thought "OK okay, fine yes we should ask for help." Kara turned and walked away.

"Where ya going?"

"To call my cousin."

Barry was mid test the next day, hoping for a piece of evidence against Snart he could find. He was staring at a vial when his watch lit up. Clicking the hard light button, his watch hologram popped up.

"Go for Flash."

"Hey Barry, I need a favor?"

"Yeah, what's up Kal?"

"Barry, Kara made the move to central and I wanted someone to show her the ropes there." Barry's eyes widened.

"I'm sorry who?"

"Kara zor El, Kara danvers?"

"Yeahhhh." Barry said with a realization.

"Right, that's right I did tell you about her, okay so when can she meet you?" He hadn't told Barry a thing.

"Uhhhhh tonight at 9, star labs docks?"

"Sure thing, don't be late!"

"Yeah, I won't." *Click*

Barry stared ahead, blinking and thinking, thinking and blinking.
'Let's do this?'

This was it, her chance to break into the big leagues, this big time team up will be huge. Ohhhh she could just taste the glory! There was a lightning flash in the distance, the next second a man was standing before her. Clad in red, the Skarlet Speedster grinned and stood proud.

"Ms.Steel, nice to meet you." He greeted with a wave and a grin.

"No trust me, its nice to meet you. Your as fast as they say, I wanted to introduce myself, I'll be doing my thing around here for a while."

"Well that's not a bad idea, things are a little different here." Kara floated down infront of him.

"Like what?" She smirked in confidence.

"More than one person with powers like mine, mind control and interdimensional powers."

"Wha-a???" She turned her head slightly?

"No one knows everything, come on I'll slow down down for you." He flashed away, followed by a blur in the sky.

"Stand still!" Supergirl bellowed with a tremendous roar,  swinging with no damage. Zoom moved around her blows in slow motion, never being even threatened.

"Supergirlll...you dont exist on my earth, prepare yourself, welcome to the games."

"What?!"

*CRACK* BOOOMM

Zoom had done a vibrating Sonic punch instantaneously, pushing supergirl through 3 buildings. He turned to see atom smasher fall over onto power lines, rupture pulling his Saber down rapidly trying to kill the flash, he moved behind him ready to take him down.

Sand explodes up and around Barry, he fazes to the side with a burst of vibrations. Turning on a dime he flashed around them, bringing his hand forward. A short spark, almost shotgun like lightning blast shot out, hitting sand demons chest he continually crumbled without a center to balance on.

He ducked and weaved as a barage  of energy slashes flew by. As Rupture went to send another barage, the Flash crouched with a leg out and a hand slamming the ground. Lightning pulsed as Rupture instantly fell over, the Flash slowed from his new position behind him.

Kara pushed back out of the smoke with eyes glowing "Hey! Where'd he go?" Barry scanned for Zoom, only to come up empty, turning back...hmm atom smasher got away, not good.
