Manik's room

Nandini wakes up from her sweet slumber which she got after so many years.

She opens her eyes and the first thing she sees is the most handsome face that was of none than her monster.."Monster" this is what she named him in her mind after whatever he and his friends did to her.

But last night the care and concern he had showered upon her had changed her prospective towards him. She felt so safe with him although he was the one who hurt her bt maybe his concern was so genuine that touched her heart. The way he calmed her down, made her sleep by his song was very sweet.

But can she forget his behaviour at college, he was the one who locked  her up in the college's store room nd she sufferd such trauma after so long.

While Thinking all this she slowly gets up untangling her hand which was in his grip. She walks furthur bt feels a stinging pain in her leg. The pieces of Broken vase has pricked her fragile skin nd she hissed inaudibly.

She slowly sits down and tries to remove the glass pieces from her leg.

Manik's sleep breaks while she was untangling her hand. He was very sleepy bt opens his eyes, his all sleepiness flows away when he sees nandini. Her facial expression turns into pained one and she sits down.

Confusingly Manik gets up nd walks to her side, he sees her removing the glass pieces, he immediately runs to her.

"Nandini how this happened. Wait let me remove this" he says while coming towards her.

Nandini flinches back and holds her ears asking sorry for breaking his vase last night. Manik slowly sits down nd removes her hand from her ears.

" hey you don't need to apologize ok, that wasn't your fault. In fact I am sorry because of me you are again hurt", says manik while looking at her leg guiltly.

He slowly takes her leg in his hand nd removes the glass pieces with so much tenderness. Nandini winces nd unknowingly holds his shoulders, Manik looks upon his shoulders nd then her eyes...they both keeps on staring each other.

Manik's eyes are showing so much love and concern for her while Nandu was very confused with Manik's behaviour as well as her own feelings.

Manik slowly removes every piece that was pierced into her skin and then caress over there. He gets up nd bring first aid box nd again very lovingly puts bandage over her wounds

Nandini was so lost in his care that she was slowly getting over the bully part..Right now it doesn't matter to her how badly he had treated her, all she was feeling is the genuine love nd care of manik. After all, love heals every wound no matter how deep it is. In the same way Manik's love was healing Nandini and she no longer is having hard feelings for him.

After putting bandage, manik slowly lifts her up..
"Nandini u don't need to worry about anything, i am going downwards and will snd someone to help u up, is it ok"??

Nandini slowly nodes her head nd manik left giving smile to her.

After an hour, Manik was eagerly waiting for Nandu to come down, he has already arranged a dress for her nd his maid is helping nandini to freshen up as she was very weak nd didnt eat anything since yesterday. So to ensure her safety, he has sent his maid to help her out.

Fianlly Manik's wait got over nd there she came looking extremely innocent nd cute in his choosen outfit.

Her hair were tied in a ponytail and she was looking just like an angel without any makeup.

Manik's pov

I just cannot take my eyes off her. She is looking breathtakingly beautiful😘😘 I so want to kiss her chubby cheeks nd take her in my arms bt i know i need to go slow with her, it must be very difficult for her to trust me after whatever i did to her bt i promise i will never leave her hand now she needs me and I need her too to keep my sanity.

Nandini comes down while looking around with Tara ( Manik's maid who was taking care of her) , Tara helps her to climb down nd leaves.

Slowly Manik  reaches to her nd calls out her name. She looks at him like a lost kid unable to understand whether to trust this person or not. Manik slowly helds her hand nd takes her to dining table.

"Come", he slowly uncovers the dishes and Nandini was surprised to see her favourite breakfast. She looks at him questioningly while he just smiles and makes her sit.

" hey cutie pie don't be confused , just enjoy the meal. I promise mein Tumhare saare doubts and confusion Dur kar dunga. Just trust me once please."

Nandini wasn't understanding what she should do. She signals him something bt he wasn't getting it, so she again took the paper and pen which Manik has specially kept for her convenience nd writes down something.

" I don't want anything right now Mujhe Ghar Jana Hai please let me go".

Manik understood her conflict, so he decided to drop her at her home as she needs her family right now. But whom is she staying with?? As far as he read in her diary, her family had been treated very brutually after that what happened, he doesn't know about it...

Putting his thoughts aside, he asks her about her address nd decides to drop her at her home.
