This first part will be a paracosm,.t officially named right now, I just call it super powered apocalyptic world.
Some details are one (at least in we begin) the whole world is not actually in ruins, but after the uncontrollable super power outbreak on humans (and animals to some extent) ages 4-20,America is abandoned and to some extent so is some parts of Mexico and Canada (although in Hawaii and Alaska are fine). People try to completely isolate and run and get away from this tragic calamity (trump finally gets that wall he wanted but this time he's on the other side of it and in no position to enjoy the success)

there will technically be a short part of the story where they crossover with time organization (that name needs to worked on too)

The virus that gives young people uncontrollable powers (and mental states) is very compelling and leaves some places with not a single scratch and some burned to the ground.

It also to managed somehow to affect animals and to a very lesser degree plants. 
Abilities make the person very violent and not able to reason with them, they almost can function on a higher level. Lot of deaths and casualties but the corpses somehow disengage at a faster rate ( like a week or more or less depending on many variables). There were actually two outbreaks one were the virus wasn't that contagious at all, and the abilities were super powerful but much more controllable and warped a persons mental state. It was thought all the cases were handled, but they missed one. When she came in contact with people the second outbreak started, but this time the virus was more contiguous and seemed to especially suspectpibke to people with certain emotional conditions. It got too hard, and couldn't be controlled and here we are.
