The begining

~chapter 1
Leslie's pov
I was always that girl that people thought there life was perfect but they were all wrong I have to stay with my drunk dad who abuses me when he gets the chance ,I bet ur wondering where my mom we'll my dad killed her than lied to our family saying she was in drugs like bad ones and said it killed her ,I was so mad when my dad said that and my family believed that I wanted to say it was a lie that he killed her but I was little and they would never listen to me but now am 17 and when am 18 am moving, at least I got school to distract me from that monster I call a dad.
The morning lights made my eyes hurt
"Leslie get your ass up and make me breakfast right now!"
"Ok"I thought he would be asleep drunk in his couch like always,with that I brushed me teeth and toke a shower ,than got dressed and went downstairs
"What is this ,it's horrible "that's when I felt a big hand hit me hard across my cheek and with that I left the house running to the bus "Leslie when you get back home watch what's gonna happen to you !!"
When we walked to school I went straight to the bathroom to cover my bruise across my face
"Leslie are you ok you look like you had a rough morning "
"am ok Charlie thanks for caring so much"i wish I can tell her about my dad but I never did ever since that accident that happened between us
"Leslie did you see the new kid I heard his name is Harry and everybody in the whole school thinks you and him should totally date,he's a hottie.
"Idk char after the accident I don't think I can date again "with that she frowned remembering the accident.

"Ok"i go to my locker when I see my best friend jack

"Hey Leslie "he lifts me up and twirls me around ,I known ever since 3rd grade and yes he knows the accident but we never speak of it

When I get my books out my locker I see eyes on me and of course its the one and only Harry .

"Shut up I got to go to class "
"Your not going to class yet just meet me somewhere"he handed me a piece of paper than left,I opened up the paper it said

"Leslie don't be a scared almost every girl in the school wants him you should totally go,because I would "

"Don't be that was in the past,he might look bad but I think he's I pretty nice guy plus he's sexy"i started laughing this is why I love my friend she makes me smile even when am scared and is always there for me am glad I have her

"What the hell char we just met "with that I left char and went to the back of the school where Harry told me to meet him,when I get there I see him sitting in a bench so I walk over there.
"Hi Harry "
"So I see you came "he said smirking oh my god his eyes are gorgeous but I need to take it slow ,don't fall to fast Leslie you know what happened when you did.
"So Leslie tell me about yourself other than you find me attractive "
"Why do you want to know me ,we just met "
"I don't know your so different people see you as something your not "I don't know if I want to tell him about me it takes me awhile to trust people but when am here with him it feels like I can trust him
"How about this Harry you can come over I mean we can meet at your house and I will tell you anything you want deal"
"I don't think it's a good idea in my house ,we should go to yours"he said nervously like he was hiding something
"My house either me parents are....umm very strict"i said nervously but I think he bought the lie
"Than I guess will have to stay here a little longer "with that we talked all day asking 20 questions,intill it got dark
"Shit am late"i said out loud ,my dad is going to kill me literally because I forgot to make dinner ,"umm Harry I got to go "
"Ok do you want me to drive you"
"Thank you"than me and Harry headed to his car ,when I got in he put the music it on and it was my favorite song
"Oh my god,i love that's song"it was skyscraper by Demi lovato and we sang it all the way to my loudly it was funny because Harry would change the lyrics and made it really fun ,when the song ended I showed him the street I was lived and when we got there I was so scared and i think Harry can tell

"I won't hurt you ,why do you think that like I might be sexy but I would never hurt you, I just wanted your number"i gave him my phone number but I feel bad that I said that the look on look offended but didn't want to show it ,so I waved go bye to Harry and when he left I started to run to my house.
When I got home I opened the door an there he was in the couch with pizza ,looks like he ordered it.
"Where the hell have you been, you are in so much trouble you little bitch"with that I pleaded "please don't hurt me am sorry I promise I won't do that again "but It was no use he pulled his hand out and started slapping me and kicking me so I can fall to the floor and when I fell to the floor he kept on kicking me in the stomach until I coughed up blood and he would just laugh the whole time.when he finish with me I run to my run and lock the door and cry myself to sleep but just before I go to sleep I get a text
Harry:hi Leslie it was fun hanging out we should do it again x
Me:I don't know maybe , but I gtg bye Harry .
Harry: are u okay if you every need to talk am here even though I just met you,but you can trust me gn love x
Me:"ok"I put down phone and went to sleep,hoping that tomorrow would be a whole lot better even tho it won't

I wake up to my father banging on the door
bang bang"leslie wake the hell up I want breakfast"with that I stood up and opened the door"am on my way"he grabbed my wrist making me yelp in pain"you better hurry up or you know what's coming "than he let go leaving my wrist red,so I go take a quick shower and get dressed to head down stairs.
When I finish giving him breakfast I left fast before he decided any thing,when I open the door I see a car in my drive way and it's Harry
"Harry what are you doing here"
"Just taking you to school"which I gladly accepted,the rest if the car ride or school we spent singing the songs from the radio,its funny how I just met him and I feel like we known each other for so long.
"hey Leslie I was wondering if you want to go to this party my friend Louis invited me to"i thought about it for a second but as long as I don't have to see my abusive dad am ok with that.
"Sure Harry I would love to go "with that we got to school and headed to my locker to see char really happy"

"because I heard that Harry is taking you to my cousins party"
