'𝒊 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖'

Everyone who knew Dean Thomas knew that he loved Seamus Finnigan more than everything in this world, but he didn't show him by saying 'I love you'. He kissed him or said 'You're perfect' or 'Glad you're here' and saved the 'I love you's for very special moments and Seamus kept them in his heart, they were his most valuable thing, they were moments noone could ever take from him.

1st 'i love you'
Dean and Seamus were in sixth grade and recently were Easter holidays. A few hours ago, they have kissed each other and now they were together. They were a couple. Seamus smiled when he thought about this. He felt Dean's strong arm around his chest, he felt warm and everything was perfect. Seamus was tired, closed his eyes and when he was almost asleep, he heard Dean wispering: "I love you."

2nd 'i love you'
Voldemort was dead, there was nothing to worry about anymore, exept one thing: Was Dean alive? Seamus ran trough the ruined castle, looking for Dean. His heart hurt so much when he thought about Dean, dead. He just tried to ran as fast as he couls in the great hall, hoping that his boyfriend would wait there for him. Please, let Dean be alive. I can't without him. When he arrived in the great hall, he was shocked. Everywhere were dead bodies, crying people, injured ones. Seamus stood there and looked around to find Dean. He can't be dead. He can't be. I need him. When he finally saw him, talking to Aberforth, he felt happier than ever before. Seamus ran towards Dean and hugged him as it was the last time he could do it. "You live. I'm soo glad you're not dead", he whispered in Deans ear, crying because he felt so relieved. Dean pulled his arms around Seamus and looked him in the eyes. "I'm glad you live. I missed you so much, Shay. I love you." "I love you, too, Dean." Seamus smiled, he was happy. He had Dean, the war came to an end and they both were alive. The Irish boy knew he would never let Dean go.

3rd 'i love you'
It was in eighth year, they decided to come back after the war and finish school. Dean and Seamus sat in the Gryffindor common room together with a few other guys, including some Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs and Slytherins, too, and talked about their lifes after school. Seamus sat next to Dean, his head on his boyfriend's shoulder. He felt lips on his forehead, Dean's lips and Dean whispered in his ear: "I love you so much, Shay." Seamus turned red, smiled and kissed Dean. The whole next week Seamus didn't stop smiling, what resulted in wild theories which went from ther engagement to Dean's pregnancy.

4th 'i love you'
Dean and Seamus had finished school, had moved together in London and had both jobs. They were now twenty years old. It was a beautiful day in april and the young couple was in a restaurant, celebrating their fourth anniversary. On their way home, Dean suddenly stopped. Seamus looked around. They were in a small park, standing under a streetlight, above them a sky full of stars. "Shay. We're together for four years now. Three of them were amazing and in the fourth the thought of you kept me fighting. I'm alive because of you. I fought the battle of Hogwarts because of you.
You are the love of my life and I want to ask you", Dean went down on his knee and pulled a ring out of his pocket, "Seamus Finnigan, do you want to marry me?"
Seamus stared at Dean, tears in his eyes. He nodded, unable to say something. Dean stood up and put the ring on Seamus finger, before he hugged him softly. "I love you, Seamus." "Dean, I love you, too. I'm so happy."

5th 'i love you'
"Do you, Seamus Finnigan, take Dean Thomas as your lawfully wedded husband, so answer 'I do.'"
"I do", whispered Seamus, tears in his eyes.
"And do you, Dean Thomas, take Seamus Finnigan as you lawfully wedded husband, so answer 'I do.'"
"I do", answered Dean and looked in Seamus beautiful eyes.
There was complete silence when they pulled each other the rings on and kissed them. "Since sixth grade I have hoped that one if the rings you've always worn would be replaced by a wedding ring of us", whispered Dean, "I love you, my husband."

6th 'i love you'
Dean and Seamus were standing at 9¾, watching their daughter they adopted from an orphonage for magic children, getting on the Hogwarts Express for the first time. "On this day twenty years ago we got to know each other", wispered Seamus. "One of the best days in my life", said Dean and grabbed Seamus hand. "I love you." Seamus smiled up to Dean. "I love you, too."

7th 'i love you'
Dean's and Seamus' love for each other was impressive. It seemed to grow every day. It seemed to grow when they held their first grandchild in their hands, it seemed to grow when their second grandchild died three month after it was bron, it seemed to grow when their parents died, but most impressive: It grew when Dean got cancer and was told he had only a few month to live, but Seamus and him stayed happy, enjoyed their last months together. Three days after their fiftieth anniversary Dean couldn't do anything anymore, he felt to weak. This evening when Seamus went to bed, Dean put an arm around his chest. "I love you, Seamus Finnigan", he whispered with a broken voice. Tears fell on the pillow, Seamus knew it was the last 'I love you' from Dean he would ever hear and when Dean closed his eyes this day he would never open them again.
