-Zayn's POV-"Mary..." I mumbled in relief. Seeing her blonde hair and golden smile made all the lonely aches go away. Her eyes caught mine and soon enough I was in her arms.
"Oh my God. I missed you." I whispered as I buried my face in her neck, kissing softly on her heated skin.
Even though paparazzi and fans were snapping photos and watching us very closely at this damn airport, I couldn't bother to hide my feelings.
Her hand found its way on the nape of ny neck, squeezing me gently. I pulled away from her and looked at her. She was biting her lip as she laughed softly, tears spilling all down her cheeks.
"Oh love.." I wiped away a few stray tears and kissed her, savoring her taste. I was so glad to be with her, her tears spilling on my cheeks.
I didn't mind, our salty tears probably mixing together. I broke the kiss, stroking her cheek once more. I only wish that I could spend more time with her.
"I missed you." She said after awhile, her voice silky and smooth.
I kissed her cheek. "I missed you a lot more."
Only then had I realized that Liam and Sophia were sharing a similar moment, kissing and hugging. They were wrapped around each other like vines. Liam holding her tight as she giggled, out of breath but happy. I looked at my surroundings.
Paparazzi finally got too loud and fans started getting too rough with one another. My body guard began telling me to start moving before things got too hectic. I grabbed Mary's hand, slinging my bag around my sboulder, before I left, I glimpsed behind me and waved goodbye to Liam. He waved goodbye, smiling at Mary as she looked at him.
Mary held my hand tight, maybe afraid that I'd disappear. I wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. We were silent the whole way home, I fiddled with our hands, busying myself. When we got home, I saw that Mary had made me dinner. Candles were lit on the table and the lights were dim. I turned to her and a shy smile lingered on her lips. I walked in, taking in the perfect moment.
I walked to the table and plates of steak and mashed potatoes were set out, wine glasses and wine bottles placed there as well. I felt overwhelmed with a new emotion, I only wanted to lay down on the couch with her right now and hold her forever. I looked at her and took her hands with mine, beginning to kiss her all around. Her head first, nose, eyes, and cheeks. She giggled as I went across her face, spreading kisses until I reached her mouth.
My lips lingered on hers before I fully engaged head on. Our kiss small and intimate. I let her breathe after a few seconds, then returned to the table. I pulled her chair out for her, she blushed as I did so, then I sat down on my side. I poured wine for myself and let smooth and soft conversation between me and her flow.
We talked about the tour, we talked about Haitchi, we talked about a lot of things. But we skipped the part about her going back to UNI in a few days, having to leave me before I leave her. Even though I knew our time was sparce, I made the most of it. I watched her closely, mesmerized by her utter beauty. We ate and laughed.
When dinner was over, our conversation died down. We sat in silence for awhile, having nothing to talk about. I wiped my mouth and got up, starting to pick up the dishes. But as I was piling the dinner plates, I felt frail little fingers lightly touch my forearm. I scanned her face, recognizing a nervous look cross her.
"I have something to show you." She said softly. Her pretty pink lip taken by her teeth. Something she did when she was trying to regain some composure. I lifted my brow and caressed her cheek, worried at what she was so frazzled by.
