At a small house, over by small green hills, someone was running all over the place, agitated and happy.

"I'm going, gramps!" – Said a girl, rushing through the front door of the house, picking a wool cap and a backpack full of stuff.

"Hey! You forgot-"

But the voice was shut inside the house by the front door.

The sunlight stroke in her bright, short black hair, highlighting a few strings of red hair, floating with the wind.

Her green eyes were a sight to see. It was as like if they were two big green emeralds, shining at a beautiful white sheet that was her skin along with the small piece of silvery earring at the tip of her right ear.

Besides from that... well... Her clothes weren't suited for that shiny beautifulness. She was wearing a long sleeved stripped in black and white shirt underneath a red and very, very worn t-shirt. What was even worse were her blue...ish jeans, that was so full of rips in the knee that were a sight to see maybe in a homeless parade. And her black and white shoes... yeah. You get the picture. But there was something almost looking brand-new, despite the long years that she had it: a black wool hat with a golden star-shaped bottom pinned to it. Needless to say, this was her favorite piece of clothing.

The girl started running happily through the small valley of hills in front of her house, picking fruits from the trees and eating them as fast as she could. Maybe that was a hobby of hers? Running and eating at the same time?

Well, she stopped by a trail at a small forest that lead to the valley, where she saw a sign all torn from its post and stomped, laying on the ground. Her happiness began turning into anger as she crouched, picked the sign and scraped off the dirt from it, revealing the letters that her grandfather had carved into the wood: "Here to a magical house!"

"Damn, those fuckers!"

She took some strings from her backpack, jammed the sign at a nearby tree and wrapped it with the strings. Her anger from before was turned again into a more... devilish happiness.

"They will pay. Oh ho... They will."

She ran again and turned to the way leading into the city: a newly made brick road. Wow. The Kingdom acting this far from its core? First there was this thing called "electricity" that gave light as bright as the sun to the city at night, making the candles just a little thing to have at the dinner table. What else will they invent next? Automatic vehicles? Something to fly over to another part of the world? Ships that can fly? Meh. They don't have that capacity. Not this mediocre Kingdom.

The girl saw a cargo horse chariot passing by the road, going to the city, and, of course, her free ride as she quickly sneaked into the back of it.

Not very far away from the girl's city, a cargo ship, made of high quality wood, hosting a fairly big crew and soldiers, was slowly making its way back to the Kingdom's Royal City.

The waves crashing at the ship made it lean back and forth, just like a cradle that his mother used to put him to sleep. Ah... Just like old times... Although those sheets and ropes inside of that crate weren't the best bed in the world. Maybe when he's on land, there will be a nice hotel to crash with the money he stole... Wait, where's it? Oh, that's right... They took it when they caught him sneaking through the ship, trying to take a free ride.

Oh well... It is most likely that they will take him to the Great Prison, the King will judge him by his crimes and will punish him publically with hanging or decapitation. Maybe throw him inside a cage full of monsters?
