Part 5

I grab one rail with both hands and tap on a window, Hatsume opens I and I swing in. She is an inventor and a quite famous support item creator, so her car is made for my- hero's crazy needs. She starts speeding up after I scoot into the passenger seat next to her. "Thanks so much!" I choke out. She nods and smiles but stays focused on driving. I giggle.

Sooner than later we make it back to my lonely apartment, the police haven't gotten here yet so I have time to patch myself up, and Shoto will arrive here soon so I need to get out of disguise and pretend I hadn't left myself. "Bye Hatsume!" I blow her a kiss and run to the door, fumbled with my keys till I open the door, I leave it unlocked but close it. When I get it I bolt into the bathroom.

I take out my contacts and put in eye drops, along with bed heading my hair. I wipe my face with a makeup remover wipe then quickly rush to my room. I take a UA shirt and some sweatpants, then get bandages to wrap my arms. "Phew!" I exhale letting out a breath I didn't know I had held. Then act surprised when some knocks on my door, "C-coming!" I yelled running to the door.

I open it to see the police, Shoto behind a tree watching from afar. I wheeze and look up to the officer, "O-oh hello sir!" I give a cheeky smile and wave lazily, making sure my body is slouched. "Oh hello Midoriya! We have come to see if you have left your house, and or maybe used your quirk. There was an incident with some like you at a bar." The cops face darkens, "you know what we have to do if you leave.." he finishes.

If I were to break any rules given to me then I'll go to jail for mentally ill people, either that or just have some bodyguards. It depends on what rule, but both seem annoying. "N-no sir, I-I've been at home all day!" I rush out. Acting like old me Deku freaking makes my blood boil. I was such a coward, easily intimidated, and just a coward. That's why I decided to change. I had started going to clubs, getting in street fights, going on "patrols" and practicing my quirk harder. I ended up in the league of villains but no one knows that.

"Sorry for the commotion in that case my dear Midoriya! See you next time!" He waves his hat and begins walking away. I stand on my porch and keep waving until they don't pay attention. I pull out a knife and aim it in their direction. "Deku no!" Shoto yells and reveals himself. Perfect. I put the knife on the floor and kicked it under the porch sofa. "S-Shoto what are you d-doing here!?" I stutter and sound weak. "P-please don't hurt m-me!" I yell and cover my body onto the floor.

"Shoto Todoroki please walk away, Midoriya is not ready for visitors, try another hour!" They start yelling at him. I stand up and wipe the fake tears. I meet his look and smile evilly, flick him off with a lip-reading "love you too!" Then walk inside. I walk into the kitchen and stop at the fridge, opening it up.
