I couldn't see where I was going, I felt the wind wisp my hair around like a spoon stirring a fresh cup of hot cocoa. The world howled in my ears, but I continued to walk on. Not a single feeling or sensation of fear rushed through my blood. I squeezed my hands together, the cold air has stolen all feeling from them. I dissappear into the long grass and lay my body down, hoping that I am nowhere to be seen by passing cars. I take a dueep breath and the chilled air blows around my stale lungs. It's coldness flows through my body and my veins tense up. My thoughts are escaping me, they'll run through the forest and never return to their righteous place. My blood was like a nice glass of chilled tea with ice cubs floating about the rim of the glass like inner tubes in a lazy river. When my footsteps ached towards him, he'd lay motionless and stare into the fading sky. My body would melt next to him and my eyes would get lost in his. The only noise noticeable to my ears was his heart beat which was so strong that it chattered his rib cage. His hands were always warm when they grabbed mine, sending a lightning bolt through my body beneath the skin. I could see his breathe, I tried to follow it and return it to him. But it was lost. His body would start to shake violently and his hands would go cold. I'd scream for him to stay. But he didn't, he was gone. That's when I always awoke from the tragic dream. I ached to see him again, but this time, to save him...
