Excuse me...What? Who? This is a joke right?
I didn't know what to do. I just stared at my desk waiting for Miss Yukizome to say 'sike' or 'april fools'. But that didn't happen.

,,Congratulations dude" Fuyuhiko laughed. ,,Haha" i said not amused. It's not funny. ,,Okay class everybody sit with their partner"Miss Yukizome said and everybody started getting their things and making pairs. I didn't. I just sat there not wanting to get up. Maybe she won't notice.

,,Will you please move mortal"i heard a deep voice next to me. Mortal? It was Tanaka.,,I- sure"i didn't even look at him and moved to the other seat. I guess my plan didn't work. I was still staring at my desk while everyone sat down with their partners and the teacher started the lesson. After getting bored from intense staring i looked at my new partner. He didn't pay any attetion to Miss Yukizome and read some old book. Really old book. It looked like it's going to fall apart every second. He was totally focused on the book and didn't notice me staring at him for like 2 minutes. Even i didn't realize. ,,Can i help you with anything fiend?"Shit.It looks like he noticed. ,,I'm sorry what" i played dumb. ,,Your mortal eyes were staring at me for a long period of time. What was the reason for your audacitty to stare at Tanaka the Forbidden One?"he said. Why does he talk like that? ,,I-, I just wanted to ask what you're reading" i stuttered. What? I don't care. What is wrong with me??  ,,Literature that your mortal eyes wouldn't understand"he answered and went back to reading. He surely likes to point out that i'm mortal. Okey.

I didn't know what to say so i just went back to staring at my desk. After a lesson that seemed that it will never end i finally got up and went to talk to Hajime and Nagito who sat on THE OTHER SIDE of the class.

,,Well hello there Kazuichi" Hajime said smirking. ,,Fuck off" i cut him off. ,,So have you made a new friend" Nagito asked giggling. ,,Nope. Just been called mortal few times and stared a fucking hole into my desk(does that sentence make sense?)"i answered smilling ironically. Those two just laughed at me for the rest of the break.

After the bell rang i went back to my seat with an obvious excitment. I sat next to my new lesson buddy and listened to what the teacher was telling us. Oh God this class is boooring. I took out my sketchbook and started drawing some doodles. Tanaka next to me was just feeding his hamster.And then the teacher said something that caught my attention. ,,In my class you are going to work together. We won't complicate it so you will in the pairs you sit"he said and continued with the explination. Excuse me? Why? I don't know how to talk to this guy. How am i suppose to work with him?
I glanced at Gundham to see if he's also panicking but his face was emotionless as always.

For the rest of the day the only thing a thought about was how fucked i am. And finally the end of the last class came. I ran out of the clasroom and went outside to wait for Hajime, Nagito and Fuyuhiko.

,,Heyyyy Kazuichiii" Nagito sang. ,,Stop being so happy when i'm not" i crossed my arms. ,,Oh come on at least you can make a new friend. I'm the one who's stuck with Nagito" Hajime laughed. That made me chuckle a little. ,,Heyy i heard you Hajime" Nagito played offended. ,,Guys do you want to hang out today at my house" Fuyuhiko asked. ,,Yeah that sounds nice. But no mentions of Tanaka or i'm leaving" i said making sure everyone heard me. ,,Of course Mr. Enamored" Fuyuhiko laughed.,,You are an ass Fuyuhiko" i said clearly annoyed.

After hanging out at Fuyuhiko's house for awile i took a walk home. I went around a park seeing Gundham sitting under a tree reading the same book he read in class. I'm not sure why but i just felt like i should talk to him.

,,Eh Hey"i mumbled. He looked up from his book and glanced at me. Wow his eyes are different colors? How did i never notice that?
,,Oh hello fiend" he said quietly and started reading his book again. Really dude? Just gonna ignore me when i'm trying to be nice?
,,Wha-..What are you doing here" i asked hoping to start a conversation. ,,Reading a book can't you see mortal" he said without taking his eyes of the book. Wow. Nice.What do i say now?

,,Do you live somewhere close" i asked the first question that came to my mind. I was looking at Gundham waiting for an answer. But it didn't come. He didn't even raise his head up from the book. Okay i give up. I sighed and turned around ready to leave. I tried to be nice, didn't work so fuck it.

,,No" i heard a deep voice behind me. ,,What" i asked while turning around again. ,,I don't live close. I actually live on the other side of the city" he stuttered for a moment. ,,Mortal." Yeah i should have seen this coming. Wait. Did he almost forget to call me mortal. He was also talking like a normal human for a second. Weird. 

,,What are you doing here then?" Please don't say 'reading a book' or i'm gonna yeet that stupid book somewhere. And you with it. ,, I like the atmosphere of this place. Nothing that you could understand fiend" he anwered again being his usual self. What is that even suppose to mean?

,,Oh okay" i didn't know what to say. After 2 minutes of awkwardly standing there. Something totally unexpected happened. ,,You live somewhere close." He started the conversation!! I'm shocked.

,,Well i was at Fuyuhikos but i actually live like 5 minutes from here so yes" i said still shocked that he actually asked me something. ,,Good for you then mortal"he said getting up. ,,I'll had to my habitation now. You sure enjoyed the presence of Tanaka the Forbidden One"he said starting to walk away. And then i got a really stupid idea. I will definetly regret this.

,,Wait" i almost shouted. Gundham turned around and looked at me waiting for what i have to say. ,,I'm going the same direction"i stopped for a second rethinking my decision. ,,We can go together. If you don't mind me" i asked looking at the ground. Oh no. There's no turning back now. Maybe he'll say no. He doesn't like me anyway. It's not like i like or something.

Gundham looked  at me and  and shrugged ,, If you insist." I looked up from the ground surprised. I gave him a light smile and started walking towards our house. Gundham walked beside me not saying anything the whole time. Believe me when i say it was the most awkward walk home I've ever experienced. After five minutes of walking in silenece we finally got to my house. I stopped infront of the gate not knowing what to do.

,,So...i'm home" i said pointing at my front door. I looked at Gundham and raised my eyebrows. He was looking at the ground. ,,Oh okey" he said awkwardly. ,,So see you tomorrow i guess" i said waving slightly.Gundham nodded and turned around walking towards his house. I didn't even realize i was staring at his back until he vanished from my sight. I shook my head and unlocked the front door.What is wrong with me?

,,Mum, are you home" i yelled lookin around the house.I asked two more times but no response.,,I guess not"i mumbled. I made my way to get some food and saw a paper on the counter.

I went on drink with my colleagues. Don't wait for me. Dinner's in the fridge;)

I'll be having dinner all by myself i guess. I opened the fridge to find my dinner. I took it out and put it into the microwave to heat up. I didn't even realize hiw hungry i was.I ate it all cause it was delicous of course. My mum is an excelent cook. I put the plate into the dishwasher and went upstairs to my room. I threw my bagpack into the corner fell right on my bed.My room is not that big but it's not small either. One wall is full of posters and pictures with my friends.One has a big window. And one has a big blackboard where i write everything that comes to my mind ans things i need to do.Even though i never actually do them.In the corner is my beloved bed the place where i spend most of my free time.This day was exhausting. After a while a realized i should probably change before going to sleep. I took of my clothes and put on a random shirt that i can call a sleeping shirt and some boxers. I collapsed on my bed again.

Before falling asleep a thought about everything that happenned today. And for some reason the last thing i was thinking about was him.
