Chapter 1: The corrupt system

It was my first day back after the summer holidays and I decided to drive there in my new car. I had worked three different jobs all summer to afford this car, so I was determined to keep it perfect. I was not looking forward to going back, however. My college is literally Hell run by one stuck up dick! It may sound mean but well he deserves it let me tell you why and then you can decide for yourself. He is literally the worst person you could meet. He has no personality and he is horrible to everyone. He uses so many people for his own joy and it irritates me; but I can't do anything about it, so I just keep my head down and hope I can get two more years of keeping out of both his, and the rest of his followers way.

I bet you are wondering how he got this title? Well, you see, in this college there is a system. You can tell when he is pissed with someone because his group have a way to get back at the people that have pissed them off. What they do, is they leave a small black card in the persons locker that has a scale of 1 to 5 on it of how much they pissed the group off. If it's a 5, then you know your life is over; but if it's 1, the most that will happen is a few pranks will be pulled on them. It may seem harmless, but the last person to get a 5 actually dropped out of school. He was too scared to come in. The big cherry on top of this shit fest is that the teachers don't give a crap because the leaders family pays a lot to the school. So, that means he can do whatever he wants.

The group consists of 5 guys. They are called the core 5 or C5, the girls like to call them the cute 5 because they are all very attractive, but I like to call them the crap 5 because.... well, you will see why. Anyway, the members consist of Kyle, now he is the loudest and rudest person you could ever meet; but he is the bottom of the 5. In this group they are ranked. I don't know how the ranking works, but all I know is what position each one is in. Next is Noah. He is probably one of the smartest people in the school, but at the same he is by far the coldest. One lesson, he corrected a teacher and made that teacher cry, like actually cry and he is a grown ass man. After Noah is Steve. He is a spectacular artist, but he is also the biggest player going and it's not just girls he sleeps with, it's with guys as well. I mean, anything walking on 2 legs with a pretty face he will fuck. That however, is the only good thing about this school. The fact no one is homophobic which is good. I mean, I am gay, but no one really knows me so no one really cares. However, the leader is gay, so if someone is homophobic, they get a number 6 card, which has only been given out once. It is much worse than the number 5 card. I feel sorry for the person that gets that one, I really do. But like I said, it's only happened once, and all I will say is that is wasn't pretty what the whole college did to him, and yeah it wasn't just the other 5... it was the whole college. However, what the core 5 did to him was so bad he dropped out in the end and no one has seen him since. Now, for the last 2 members, the most important and high up of the group. The leader and his second in command. There is the leaders best friend, Scott. Now, he is different from the others. He never really pays attention to what's happening and he doesn't treat people like dirt the way his friends do. You might be thinking that he sounds nice, but he isn't. I mean, he is nicer than his friends, but he still does nothing but sleep or walk away. Now, for the leader. He is probably the biggest twat in the world. Sebastian. He is the leader and he is the one who causes the most harm to the students at the school. If you even look at him wrong, he will give you the black card. He is ruthless and he doesn't care about anyone or how he treats people. He is just a dick. Then there is me. My name is Nathen James and I am just a normal student who goes to collage learns, does his work and stays out of peoples way. I am a nobody in this college and that is how I want to keep it. It may sounds stupid, wanting to stay as a nobody, but in college if people don't know who I am I will be safe from getting a black card and having my life made harder than it already is. I don't need my life to be any harder, because it will literally ruin me. I mean, I work two jobs. One in the morning and one at night to pay for my apartment, because I live alone. My parents died when I was younger and now I am old enough to live alone, so I do. The only reason I can go to such a fancy school is because I have a full ride scholarship. I can't give this up for a couple of dicks in my year, so the best thing I can do is stay low and stay quiet. I just hope I can do that for the next 2 years. Well that's my messed up college, but there isn't much I can do about it because in this college, I will always be a nobody and for the rest of my academic year I will stay that way.
