As Emily and Ali continued to work and grow more as a couple they fell harder and harder for each other, but Ali noticed their routine client who kept flirting with Emily and made sure Emily wasn't going to cheat on her again especially with that client. Emily's final year at college was getting closer and closer to ending and she was studying hard for her board exam so she could get her license to practice law and immediately start working with Ali as a lawyer. Emily did have her mind on that girl but was waiting until after she passed her exam to practice law to do anything about it. Ali however was planning a really big surprise for Emily once she passed by planning a mini vacation back to Paris. Little did she know things were going to make a major turn for the worst.
